For the 3rd time in a couple of weeks I tried to use the drive thru, (I am an amputee). I sat in the drive thru unattended for over 20 minutes, while I see the employee on her computer ignoring everybody and everything, with NO customers in the bank. No wonder people warned me to open an account at this bank. Terrible

Staff was polite but I had to wait for half an hour in the drive-thru to make a deposit.
