Every time I come here there are problems. I hate this location. The people there are rude and don't care about doing their job. Can't deposit money In my account over 500$ even tho I do it every week. I'm really thinking about closing my accounts. Can't get 17.50 in change a week because I don't have business there... but they want me to move my money from my business account over to them... I have never left a review on anyone or anything, but I just can't deal with these people anymore.

I want my experience. The teller was very nice and professional. I needed to speak to the branch manager and Francisco was able to attend to my issues. He was also very professional and very helpful. Thank Francisco for your help. I wish there were more Francisco's in our USBanks in Council Bluffs.

There is a lady ( name withheld but I know her name ) at this US bank 72nd st and Dodge in Omaha who is so rude and a racist. She is not supposed to be at a teller at front desk serving customers. Wrong place !

This location is terrible. The tellers lack soft skills, specifically Yuri today. She was very rude to me. They all make you feel like you are a bother. Also, there’s always only one person at the teller line which causes everything to take forever. I can hear other workers in the back laughing and chatting. I’m about to switch banks. What a disappointment. I hope you address your staff.

I came in to do a quick exchange of change. I spent 15 minutes in line waiting for one person to open their drawer and the other person to help a customer in the slowest fashion ever. Then told to go to the drive-through to exchange my change. This location has been the worst location I have been to in 16 years. I always try to give them a chance, but I am always disappointed by staff or lack of services. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted. Better off going somewhere else.

Says open until 5pm. Came by 4:55 to deposit cash for a business, drive thru light was on, they told me to come back the next day. Seems like the new manager is always trying to close down early

Very very slow service. Drive through is 100% impossible on sat avoid at all cost. The lobby is even worse. Totally understaffed. In the defense of them tellers are doing stuff that a personal banker should be doing. Was in the Drive through 45 mins and gave up and left. Lobby about 35 mins.

After maintaining numerous accounts with US Bank (Personal & Business) for over a decade with no late payments, outstanding credit, and a loyal use of the Banks services, a sudden and unexpected divorce put me in a terrible place financially. I submitted an application to US Bank for a measly $10,000 to help me get by for a few months over the winter so I could get back on my feet. They rejected the loan request within 24 hours. I then emailed their VP of Lending to voice my concerns. His assistant emailed me back and stated that I would be contacted by a local District Manager that would speak to me about my concerns. I received that call today and it was as if I was talking to a robot, not a flesh & blood banking professional. This "middle man" with the title of District Manager conveyed to me that US Bank's Policies and their Almighty Income to Debt Ratio Calculator prevented the loan from being granted. Seeing how I have an MBA and was a former business owner, I pressed the issue that people write policies and, thus, can make exceptions when needed for the sake of the customer. She apparently couldn't comprehend this as she kept reiterating the US Bank policies. Since it was readily apparent that she was either a) unable and/or b) unwilling to grant the loan request, I thanked her for her time and left the call. What a sad establishment US Bank has become, whose Big Bank policies fail their customers in their greatest time of need. Where are the Bankers like George Bailey from the classic movie It's a Wonderful Life? Where are the ones that truly care about their customers in their days of hardship and are such a part of the community that it pains them when said community, and its members, suffer due to circumstances beyond their control? I'll tell you this...they are not at US Bank. That being said, for anyone reading this debating where to place your hard earned money, I (as a Christian, 9/11 War Veteran, Father, and MBA) would recommend just about anywhere else; even loan sharks at least provide you with a financial option (albeit a grossly high-interest one, but they at least open the door (per se) if you choose to walk through). When people become just another part of Big Banking's algorithm, instead of being seen as individuals, what a failure the banking industry has become; especially in my case with US Bank. To note, I will get back on my feet financially, and in the short term. Whether on my own accord or with assistance from another local bank/credit union that actually allows their leaders/district managers the ability to make educated and compassionate financial lending decisions; instead of just relegating said employees to just preach the virtues of their Big Bank policies as if we, their customers/neighbors/friends, were unable to think beyond the arbitrary policy barriers that are put up. However, when it does occur I will promise you this: that I will never, ever use any financial services from US Bank for the rest of my life. So great of a financial loss for US Bank considering over the potential half-a-century of life I, Lord willing, have left...and all of it simply over a personal loan rejection for a $10,000 drop-in-the-bucket. You don't even need to be an MBA to figure that out. Shame on you US Bank. You have failed me today.

A family member passed away and I have letters of representation in this matter from the county court saying that I represent the deceased and can take care of personal accounts. They won't allow me to do anything without the death certificate which will not be available for an estimated 2 months. Meanwhile I have things I need to do to settle the estate and am hitting a brick wall from a large corporate entity with no personal recourse. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

One of the girls at the drive through window had a attitude, and continued to mess up my change order by missing money out of it. And when I went back to fix it they continued to have a bad attitude. Don’t know why people are working at a bank if they can’t count the money correctly.

Most of the staff here is professional and friendly. Today, in the drive thru, I got one who made me feel pretty uncomfortable, and then he accidentally deposited my money into someone else’s checking account...I caught the error on my app, and went inside to clear it up. The girl behind the counter was very nice and she had the problem fixed within five minutes.I wish that hadn’t happened. It really makes me feel like I can’t trust my bank.
