Wait time is horrendous!! Don’t come here if you have a time limit. Need more staff here. Several times I thought it was my fault for coming at the wrong hour. But it doesn’t matter what time of day. Only one car ahead of me today & still took 30min to move ahead one space.. Tried going in one day to avoid drive thru wait. Only one person takes care of inside customers while one person takes care of outside. So wait time was just as long..

Customer service at this location is ALWAYS great! I have never had any issue with this branch. Fizz works at this location and they are flat out the BEST to work with (please pay them more).
The ONLY downfall to this location, is the ATM location. Otherwise, this is the branch to go to.

It’s OK to have issues and downtime. It’s not OK to not communicate that to the 8 + cars in your drive-through lane making a traffic jam trying to leave. Just wasted my entire lunch break boxed into your “none functional” drive-through

Don't use atm. per branch manager "the atm works sometimes" if it doesn't work you're not getting your money but the machine will charge your account as if you did

Be careful if you're thinking about using a welcome bonus to sign up for a checking or savings account at US Bank. I signed up with a welcome bonus and fulfilled all the terms (direct deposited 10K in the first 3 months) but they managed to weasel their way out of paying me anything. Deceptive advertising, I feel like what they did was probably illegal but I don't have the resources to fight it

This branch is garbage! Every time I come here, it’s 15-20 minutes in line minimum. This will be the last time I will ever come to this branch. We are now at 20 minutes wait with 5 cars in front of me and no way to leave the line

The reviews are correct!!! You will wait in line forever!!! I love usbank but this branch does not know how to move in a timely manner. I think they hired a bunch of x employees of the county treasurers office.

Horrible branch. Cannot do a wire transfer because "my manager is going to lunch and it takes about half an hour". I've done numerous wires, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.Can't withdraw cash because they "don't have that much available".
