My package was shipped to this location by mistake, but management did not want to take the time to find it. I showed the front counter clerk record that the package was signed for by someone at the dock but was told to come back the following day, and when I did, management still was argumentative and talked poorly to me after finding my packing in three minutes. Piss poor service and communication. To the manager: everyone does not deal with postage/ mail, so if a customer makes a mistake, be helpful, empathetic, and understanding. I'm sure you would want the same treatment in return.

Rude people in front go to another millard location hear they don't like to be asked/ or help in anyway even when their lonely I went to a different location they had 3 times a big line and they helped me and they where so kind to tape my package and also print out a code

There's an extremely rude/aggressive man that works here and makes me dread going. He clearly hates his job and life and takes it out on everyone else. Any time I go to drop packages off he's slamming stuff around and acts like it's such a hassle that I have more than a few packages. I even drop my packages off in the mail slot for this reason but he burst out of back just to ask me about the date on my packages. The power trip he's on makes me and everyone else uncomfortable and I wish they would do something about him.

I wouldn't recommend anyone going into this place because they have really bad rude attitudes people that are working in there. at the same time Racist period they took my $200 dollars for a package ? that they didn't even got sent anywhere ? so sad ?

Postal employee was not helpful. I needed a couple of decorative stamps.He wouldn't tell me which stamps could be purchased individually- told me twice " any stamp is individually available in our case". I selected from the display case 2 different times and both times he said that these selections were only available in books. When I asked him to show me what he did have in individual selections he pulled out 2- flags and one with flowers. I have had professional, courteous and friendly service at other locations. But at this location have had similar customer experiences in past and when possible I do try to avoid going into this site at 4433 S 133 Street.

Only one person working at the counter at 2pm. After 5 minutes of waiting, with the same customer still being helped at the counter, somebody walks into the hallway where the mail slots are and rings a bell then suddenly somebody appears to help them. Why wasn't that person helping the five people standing waiting in front of me??

Lady has a very soothing voice and is very nice, am pretty sure she shorted me a dollarthough remember seeing seven dollar's and change in my hand ,but then at home I noticed my receipt said 8 dollars!?♀️ I need to start checking my reciept sooner..

Customer service is terrible went there to get my mail and the guy working at the counter was very rude and was basically like I don't know what to tell you but more then likely you can check back tomorrow.

Never more than one window open, zero sense of urgency. If you come to this post office, plan on waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Also, if you need stamps or something specific, they’re out. No apology or explanation.

Rude employees and rude manager Jeff the guy working the counter was very rude to multiple customers in front of me then basically told Me he could not help me when all I had to do was scan a QR code and he could go fixed the issue but he had a small line after closing his manager did not attempt to help him instead he stood at the door ushering people away I understand that it closes at 5 and staying late sucks but you still have to take care of the customer and in this case these 2 both failed epically. I normal don't give bad reviews but when I returned the second day to ship my package I arrived one minute before closing to the same manager and Jeff locking the door my package had prepaid shipping I asked if I could just get a printed receipt manager refused he did take my package through the tiniest crack he could through the door. I'm not saying stay open till 530 or 6 and I'm not even saying don't turn folks away but be open till posted time and don't be rude and throw peoples packages and talk down to them because your upset you had to work a few minutes longer. If you can't handle the job Jeff and his manager maybe get out of customer driven business. I'll use fedex going forward good luck.

They don’t answer their phone. Customer service from that point sucks!
