I have literally never left a review for anyone, but the fact that I went in for an upgrade, the "scared" employee just walked away and after almost 10 mins some random other employee came out and said we need to stop talking bc the other customers can hear.... 1 we weren't loud or talking about the experience, 2 there was only 1 other customer and she was being helped and didn't care. In the end, the little girl that helped us that was scared hid in the back and sent some dude out to tell us to leave because she was to afraid to just answer my questions.

Dude at this store just signed me up for some Home Device Protect plan at $25/mo. that I did not request and he didn't even mention. Verizon Customer Service canceled it for me, but what a slimy sneaky move on the part of the guy at the Verizon store. Plus he was unhelpful and indifferent. Atrocious customer service.

Drove a hour because I needed a phone replacement, was told “I don’t know if I can sell a phone because I close here in the next 40 mins “ associated acted very inconvenienced. Will not be buying a phone through victra again.

Terrible experience.
Came in to upgrade my phone. Checked in without a problem, asked if the phone I wanted was in stock and they said it was. Wait my time and the guy that helps says I am not authorized. How do I get authorized I ask. Primary can do it in the app or call customer service. welp... I am primary. Call wife, she tries.... won't work. Because it was set up on my phone under the wrong name. when I asked him to help.... said nope, won't work. Wasted 30 minutes right there as I have to wait in line again.
Get to the part where I want my phone.... not in stock.
Nothing to be done.
Not great service.

It Is the ONLY Verizon store in Omaha that I am familiar with that takes time with you and for you. Great Customer Service! They take the time needed!
PLEASE TAKE NOTE....
I have not and do not intend to enter the other stores where I feel like a number, and have been treated worse. Yes, I was shocked at the rudeness!
I pay enough for my phone, needed items for upkeep, not to mention a monthly fee that keeps going up.
Customer service and customer respect is important to me.

Every single employee here is professional and helpful. I’ve gotten 3 new phones here and every process for each phone was a breeze. If you’re looking to switch providers to Verizon and need excellent assistance, look no further. I personally will go out of my way to receive service at this location no matter where I am in Omaha ?

Phone died unexpectedly and so I went to get a new phone. The process was so easy and they even helped set my phone up. Austin was awesome. Knowledgeable and had me out of there quickly.

Our Representative was amazing! He got us more perks than we had when we went in and ended up saving us money on our monthly bill. I wish I had gotten his name but if you see this somehow THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely do not use this location. They added extra items onto my plan, then made it impossible to change or remove them. Will give you the run around on fixing anything and either send you to other stores or numbers to call. They are only a sales site and not trustworthy or held accountable by Verizon at all.
