Dontavious was amazing! He took the time to help me save money which I've never had an associate at Verizon do. We've always had good service but he went above and beyond. I went in to replace my broken phone and he could've just done that and sent me on my way. But he didn't waste my time, replaced my phone, AND saved me money. I couldn't have had a better experience. We'll definitely be returning to this location!

Tried coming here after work but they were closed at 8:20pm when hours clearly say they close at 9pm. Thank you for wasting my time and money. Awful!

Best Verizon location by far,, Austin goes above and beyond to fix and resolve all issues.I've had such bad service at other locations in the past I started only contacting Verizon online, but they screwed up my account so bad I had to find a location to help, or change carriers. Thank goodness I stumbled across this location and Austin. True customer service!

Incredibly upset that you don't back what you sell!! The lens cover cracked in one day. I had already replaced the one that cracked previously, at my expense, because it was longer than 30 days. Now you wanted to charge me again after it cracked in only one day. I'm 66 years old. I am not hard on phones. I don't drop them. I purchase everything possible to protect them. I had to go way out of my way to go back to the store because I was told just a week ago there was 30 days to return. I obviously won't be buying accessories from Verizon any more. It was a convenience I will not pay for any more. The rude sales person said I could just go without a lens cover when I asked him what I'm supposed to do.

Clerk decided to close an hour early even though Verizon set an appt. Verified I would be there so I took my business to another carrier. The service I had expired at midnight that night & I told that to the clerk. Turns out that ended up costing me $80 to get my # transferred. She had to have known this would happen so that was pretty messed up

The worst experience I have ever had went there. Hours state on here until 8 and it's 7:23 pm. The picture shows the worker leaving the closed store and it's not even 8 pm

I am still waiting after 2 years for the promotion credit on my bill. The store manager and district manager are now saying it's been too long they can't do anything. I came in the store ir called over 15 times in 2 years and they still owe me $300. With that being said, Austin has been a great help trying to get the problem resolved but his superiors refuse to help.
