I have a Apple Watch SE second generation and it been paid off and it says in app that I can upgrade so I called today and just to upgrade even though device is paid off u still have to have $275 down up front before u will even get the new device u want.

Steer clear of this location, especially Eli. Talks down to his customers like they are idiots. Asked him for details on a process and wouldn't explain in detail of the steps needed to complete. Terrible service. Verizon is going is the wrong direction!

Deplorable customer service, they have zero interest in helping customers get assistance that is needed. I’m glad I went with my gut and not only changed carriers but received a free iPhone in that process. Verizon lost a long standing customer that day.

Horrible experience. The lady who was “helping me” was doing good until it was time too take a pic of my id. She warned me my account could lock if the pic was bad or technical issues. So when she took the picture it literally had a shadow on my id when taking the picture then she came back & said my account was locked for 24 hours she purposely did this. When you take a picture you make sure the picture is clear but she purposely took a pic with a shadow on it. When I asked for the name of her & the manager, the manager then refused to give me the names because they know the issue was shady. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all if I could get them fired I would.

I was in today as were many people for an issue that is an outage. I understand this is out of their control, that being said the young lady that spoke with me was very rude and had no interest in helping me. she did tell me I could still message other iPhone users using my Wi-Fi. when I told her my phone will not work that way either, her reply was that her phone worked fine and that was how she was talking to people. Apparently this is the customer service you should expect for $300 a month bill

Went there around 9:30AM on a Monday. Was told we had one in front of us. Only two techs with customers. We waited about 50 minutes with no movement of the customers with techs. Decided to leave. No one checked with us or informed how long our wait might still be. Very uncomfortable seating. Customer service seemed totally absent.

I spent over an hour at this Verizon Store. I went in with intentions to upgrade my current phone, and my family member had plenty of questions for the person working with us. We both could very much tell not only that the Verizon employee was getting irritated with our questions and answering them (which I’m pretty certain is part of his job) but that he was very annoyed with our presence. My brother has told me the Verizon Store is not worth your time; I wish I had listened. The employee definitely had an attitude when he simply was asked to do his job. I suggest you don’t waste your time going to the Verizon Store (unless 100% necessary) and do your business online!

Nas the customer service agent at this location needs better training with attitude and handling customers who have been with Verizon for 5 years now. I came into the store 1 1/2 hours before close and he wouldn’t help switch over a phone to a new device, was very unhelpful and rude. Dont make an appointment at this location, do business at a different one

I had quite a bit of questions, and the associate answered each one. I even paid off two of my phones and the associate helped me get my new phone full coverage, especially since my phone took a hard hit a few days earlier! I liked that he sent me email confirmations for my payments and phone insurance coverage! I liked talking to the associate over the phone actually, whenever I go to the store it’s always full no matter what time I go! So thanks again!
