I was in terrible distress about having my phone stolen. Nick put me at ease, and worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to save HUNDREDS of dollars. He was completely customer service oriented to meet my needs. I will continue to come to this store and wait for Nick. Thank you!

they keep adding a 500 bill every time i make a payment. ive paid $1500 this month alone for 5 phone lines.

Brenden helped me today and was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy to be in and out with a new phone & case in about 40 minutes. All the employees seemed really nice. I don’t know why there are so many poor reviews for this location regarding service, but I had a great experience! Thanks Brenden :)

I wanted to thank Nas and Mitch for their help today. Financial services was not recognizing payments and my service was interrupted. They were so calm when I was upset and helped take care of the issue. When it would still not turn back on, I went back into the store and they recognized me right away and got Kael (sp?) to call financial services himself and he corrected the issue with a direct line. Thank you Nas, Kael, and Mitch!!

Workers on site needs some better training. Brendan My rep did not know how to call the automated customer service to activate a phone .and was not customer service friendly

I walked into the store and went over to the bill pay kiosk and UT wasn't working. Within seconds Kristen came over and assisted me. Had my bill payed and the best customer service I have encountered in decades!! Great job!!!

I found that they are stealing from my bussiness account. 4 total devices . Once I came into the store they got angry called cops and kicked me out for a year. Now we are having to file a lawsuit to get this mess fixed that they created. Thief is what I called them. They got mad . They didn't want their new customers to here this.

Shop online before ever going into a Verizon store. We were asked to wait, which we did for 15 minutes. From the start the Verizon Rep threw an attitude at us. "Have a seat, I'll be right back".We came into review our plan and replace our old phones. He was interested in selling home wifi with a phone line. In the end, the only thing we had to show for our time was his negative comments and bad jokes.We have both been in sales for years and couldn't understand what we did as Verizon customers to be treated this way. There was a time that Verizon valued their customers, but not anymore!Yes you guessed right, we went to another cell provider. Verizon got their way and we moved on from them.

This store, as well as the online Verizon support, has wasted over four hours of my time, and will definitively be the reason why I will no longer after a decade be a Verizon customer... Avoid them at all cost

I walked in without appointment for an annoying issue and was told there was 4 people in front of me. The manager, Kristin, was very transparent about the wait time from the get go but she mentioned she would try to help me on the side if she had time. It didn’t look like she had time but she made time to help me as she was checking in a ton of people. She tried to fix the issue herself before calling a number then stayed on hold as she checked in multiple other customers. She never once seemed annoyed and was sincerely happy to help. I was annoyed with Verizon until she helped me and fixed things in a timely manner.

The customer service there was very helpful and very friendly and they were flat-out honest about products. They helped me save money on a new smartphone by suggesting that I go to Best buy and then go back to their location and have my data transfer done on my old phone to my new phone that I bought at Best buy the previous night. I have never had an experience like that before where someone told me to go to a different location to buy a product at a different location instead of their location. Nevertheless I got my new smart phone from Best buy and I went back to Verizon wireless the following day and they did my data transfer for me for my old smartphone to my new smartphone and nevertheless to say I was one happy man. They saved me over $200 in suggesting what they did.

This Verizon may have the most incompetent staff in existence. The business specialist allowed an unknown individual to change plans, add new lines, and buy four new iPhones without verifying their identity. All of this on a business account for my business based in Florida 18 hours away. I have spent DAYS on the phone and in Verizon stores trying to fix what they let happen and Verizon can’t garante they can keep my business phone active.

Witnessed the manager completely lose his cool over a relatively simple request. There’s other services out there with lower costs - the service should make it worthwhile.
