This is a knockoff verizon store, so if you dont want hidden charges, go to a real Verizon store.
Beware of the non-negotiable device "setup" fee they charge here but not at the real Verizon store. They will go ahead and start "setting up" aka transferring your apple profile and pics from your old phone to your new one without asking you. Then when you say you want to do it yourself, they say sorry its already started and will ask you to come back in an hour to pick up your phone after the transfer is done. Save yourself the time/money, ask them to take this scam charge off your bill, and do the "setup/transfer" yourself. Or just go to a real Verizon.

Dan H (manager at village point)made this process seamless and probably the best transfer of phones I have done with Verizon. He explained all the features and was so thorough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. He was quick in the process from start to finish. I will keep using him as long as I can because he was so great and efficient . I definitely will also be recommending him to EVERYONE I know!!! Please let him know I’m grateful for him making an annoying process so enjoyable.
Will definitely shop with Dan for all my Verizon needs from now on.

I tried the Verizon internet with the understanding that I would not be charged anything if I returned it within 30 days. It did not work so I had to return it, but you cannot return it to a store because this is not a real Verizon store. As a result, I had to UPS it back to Verizon. Verizon charged me for the internet and unreturned equipment even though I cancelled the service and they received the unit well before 30 days. I tried a real Verizon store to help me and they could not because I did not sign up for the internet at a real Verizon store. It has taken me several phone calls to try to get my money back, but it's been two extremely expensive billing cycles so far. We'll see if it's cleared up by the third one. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store.

Came here from a different Verizon location where I had the muttmost horrendous customer service experience. Here however, Daniel was very quick in helping me and was able to assist me with all of my issues. I also had to wait as he helped 3 customers that were in line prior to me and I definitely noticed the caring, informative approach with each of them. This man is good at his job.

We talked to Ben at this location about some questions for our service and phones. It was close to closing and he still helped us and was very knowledgeable and nice. Ben gets 5 stars for being very helpful and fantastic service.

We had the best experience. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. We went to the main Verizon store in Fremont earlier; sat and waited for 2 hours and left (didn't get help after waiting for hours). Went to this retail shop and received the help we needed. Christina was amazing to work with. The other lady there was also very kind and helpful to the other guests that were there. I will choose this store over all others going forward.
