I waited at this store for over an hour and a half while I watched 4-5 people help only 2 groups of customers. There were other people waiting with me as well and what I needed help with was 15 minutes or less worth of work. I will be finding another Verizon location as customer service here is non-existent.

FRAUD. Worst “service” I have very received. Upgraded 2 iPhone over the phone and upgraded the plans (was forced to). Was told to come into the store to pick up my order, but when I did the lady told us that it was still processing even tho the charge went thru. When I asked how long it will pend for I was told that my guess was as good as hers, that it “could be hours or weeks”. Called the next day to check on the order and was yelled at by a male employee and told that walkins are priority and they do not care about online/phone orders. Then today, was notified that my order was cancelled because it wasn’t picked up… but they still took the money out of my account. Seriously??

I went into the store last week on Wednesday to treat myself for my birthday by upgrading my phone because I was eligible and one of the associates told me to wait and come back on Saturday as I would have a better deal.
I went back to the store on Saturday morning due to what I was told on Wednesday and he sat me down and did something on his tablet then to tell me that I should wait till May to upgrade. I told him I did not want to do that and upgrade today because I have a credit and he basically refused and told me to go to BestBuy if I was that desperate. So I ended going to another Verizon and they were happy to upgrade me.
I was very disappointed at the customer service that I received, I was barely greeted and then to give me the run around was very unacceptable. I will not recommend anyone to this store.

Might as well not have a store front. The only thing they can do is sell you a phone. Everything else is “Call this number” for any type of additional support. Staff is unhelpful. Wouldn’t waste any time attempting to voice concerns or questions unless you want to buy something. Purchasing insurance through them is a joke. The insurance company (Asurion) and Verizon aren’t linked. No communication between the two exists. They want everything to go through them so they can wash their hands of worry and complaints about the incompetence of Verizon’s insurance provider. Customer service is dead. Especially at this Verizon location. The staff gains pleasure from informing you that it’s not their problem and the Verizon store front is only there to give you a number to call and direct you to the door.

Walked in at this location and waited almost an hour but never received any help, never greeted or acknowledged. They decided to help others who came in after. Ultimately ended up leaving after that.

I went to this store to drop off my trade in device as instructed by customer care. But the employee(claimed himself as store manager) refused to do that and asked me to work through customer care. The reason he provided that I didn’t purchase the device from his store. He was very rude and told me that verizon corporate stores don’t obey any commitment made by Verizon customer care. He was even reluctant to look at the notes made by customers care.
I changed my drop off location to 120th L street after contacting the customer care and that store proceeded my trade in drop off seamlessly.

Terrible. Can Verizon train their employees? This individual was clueless. I was trading in a device already processed online for $1000 credit. He's doing work on his tablet CANCELS that trade-in goes to reprocess and is telling me the credit is $250 now. Unacceptable and then says he can't fix it. Sad I have to do all business online with Verizon to correct continued issues that happen in store. Guy I talked to online was like yeah all he had to do was just take the phone in. What a joke. Invest in training.

The associate was completely unhelpful. I was looking to sparate my number from a family plan, and he said he was unable to provide me any kind of specific number as to what my monthly payment would be. What a joke. FYI, this location isn't even a real Verizon, they are an "independently owned" affiliate who clearly don't care at all about customer service or satisfaction.

I've been with Verizon for almost twenty years, and never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. From the first lady I talked to and even the manager. They have no business being in retail. I will never step foot into this location ever again and I am considering switching providers.

Don’t go to this store. They run promotions and then try to charge you over 1k on a bill. I have been on the phone and in person for a whole month and they say it’s being fix and it still shows the same. Getting the BBB involved as they are using false promotions and adding chargebacks to a phone/watch that is new to the line. They are a joke if they think I will pay over 1k on a bill that should be 250 at most. Employee inspected phone not once but twice. When we first went in to do upgrade and when dropping phone off, said everything was good and nothing else needed to be done and all of sudden “phone didn’t meet requirements “…. So how did it go from all perfect to not in a day
