Had to come in here to migrate activate an esim phone.Absolutely horrible process.The only bright spot was the solo employee, Kahli, who let me use his phone for the full FORTY minute call it took to get the line transferred to the new phone.10/10 employee, 1/10 activation process.

Horrible customer service, false information provided and overcharges on the bill. Wanted to give there internet a chance, router was returned because I was unable to get a connection and I was still charged after returning and 2 weeks after returning my internet was still connected and being charged on the account.

Chase, David, and Leia were great to work with. Transferring service from another provider took a few trips due to problems from the previous provider not unlocking the phone. But Chase is a wealth of knowledge who was patient and diligent to take a tough situation and get it working correctly. They also made the experience personable and enjoyable. I could not recommend the customer service experience with them more.

I was really trying to give Verizon a chance but y’all are really pissing me off. A lazy worker sent us home because she didn’t feel like addressing the issues on our account while trying to buy new phones. We come back the next day & the store hours are completely wrong online so the store doesn’t open for a whole 2 hours after what is listed online. I’ve had to take 3 trips to this store with absolutely no resolution. I wish I didn’t even order my phones at this store because it’s been issue after issue. Do better for your customers please. At least update your freaking hours to be accurate.

Every time I go to this store I have received excellent customer service. I went in again today and had questions. I received help from several of the personnel in the store. When you are older you don't always find tech stuff easy to do. I appreciated the time and attention.

"Purchased the iPhone 15 and got the "Your phone is ready for Pickup!" The app directed me to an 'Express Pickup' spot that doesn't exist. Entered the store and endured the typical 20-minute wait with zero assistance. Called them, only to be told it'd be 'maybe 20 minutes'—which with Verizon, we all know translates to 45 minutes. Tried to cancel the order; got a curt 'ok' and he abruptly ended the call. My subsequent calls? Straight to voicemail. Classic Verizon experience.

Very unhelpful. I cancelled my 5G Home Internet, and they told me I could bring to a Verizon store to return it. I go here and they say, nope, you need to have cancelled it with us in the store for us to take it from you, you need to mail it back, we can’t take it from you.For real? It’s all Verizon! But nope.

Had to wait 2 hrs. With no place to sit while I had to wait. Finally I asked to speak their manager onsite and the clown who served me refused to get them so I could talk to them about how piss poor Asurion insurance was with me about replacing my screen. Finally I walked out and decided to take my business to USCellular now. So much for being a loyal customer of over 25 years. By bye!

What a nightmare Verizon has become. I ordered new service with them last Wednesday. I ordered two new phone and transfered two current phones. Verizon moved the service for the two existing phones over to them and didn't ship the two new phones. When I called to find out why the customer service people couldn't find the order for the two new phones at all. 5 hours was the amount of time I spent trying to figure out what happened. Finally I told them I was going to a store. They were more helpful but during my 2nd visit I was told I had a fraud hold on my account. Then was told by the fraud manager I no longer was eligible to get a postpaid plan. I have a great credit rating and have plenty of credit. So we went back to US Cellular. They are a much better company. Avoid Verizon at all costs.

Garrett was so so helpful ! He assisted with any questions we had and was very thorough explaining different offerings and features. Garrett made transitioning into a new phone easy! I would highly recommend this location and Garrett’s services!!! ???

Pack a lunch if you plan to visit this store. Slooww! I never was even greeted after a 45 minute wait.

As a customer of Verizon for decades, I was very disappointed when I went into the store to upgrade my phone and felt like I was not valued as a customer and that it was best to go onto the internet to make the change. When I asked about why long term customers did not get the same offers as new customers I was told all carriers offer better deals for new customers because people jump between carriers. I guess 25 years of loyalty means nothing to Verizon which is unfortunate.

I was needing to switch cell phone couriers, and i asked for a quote. The quote I got for 3 lines and a watch was 350 dollars a month. The customer service rep would not even look into applying my work discount to the quote. " We do not honor discounts from businesses." I know for a fact my coworkers get a very nice discount through Verizon. I do not know if I even want to switch to Verizon if that is how the customer service is going to be a for a potential new customer.
