Two stars because the pro is that theyre roughly 50% of the cost of other compounding pharmacies local. But only two stars because they arbitrarily decide to not fill medications on non-holiday business days WITHOUT any prior warning to customers which should be an ethics issue....

The employees are friendly, helpful and considerate. They are always willing to help and show true concern for the customer. As a care giver I can't tell them how much there help makes my responsibility to my sick wife easier. From the Pharmacists to the staff everyone sets a good example of exceptional care. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I recommend considering other pharmacies. As a fellow healthcare professional, I understand the complexities of insurance issues, but the staff here struggle with prior authorizations without constant guidance. Communication about life-sustaining medications is inadequate, and the attitudes, both in person and over the phone, are unnecessarily negative. Additionally, I shouldn't have to prove that I spoke to someone the previous day about an issue they were supposed to resolve. If you choose to use this pharmacy, make sure to get the name of the person you speak with if they say, "I'll make a note," because they likely won't remember and may respond with an attitude if you follow up the next day.

the first time I came to this pharmacy was to pick up my HRT. staff was super friendly and even helped me find discount codes for my meds. they have my preferred name on file so I've never had to give my deadname for anything, it's something really small and simple but it really means a lot to me. if my insurance weren't requiring me to go to cvs to get my meds covered I'd absolutely continue to go here for my other meds instead of just HRT.

After dealing with CVS and banging my head against the wall, I found the Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy! Bar none best pharmacy in Omaha. Staff is on top of my meds and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
