Pharmacy closed because of inadequate staffing.

Danny at the pharmacy drive thru went out of his way to help me save money on an expensive prescription. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I am very disappointed with the Walgreens pharmacy employee. The Walgreens pharmacy closes at 8:00 PM. Today I was in line since 7:45 PM to pick up my blood pressure medication. By the time my number was called, it was 7:59 PM, and she refused to give me my medicine. I understand that the pharmacy closes at 8:00 PM, but an act of kindness would have been to simply ring it up and hand it to me. I explained to her that my medicine was ready, all payments were clear, and all she had to do was ring it up and give it to me. When she didn’t listen at the drive-through, I went inside to talk to her. Pharmacies need kind people, not someone as unkind as her.

The pharmacy was supposed to be open, but was not due to not having a pharmacist on duty. Maybe notifying providers or putting something on your Google page would be helpful so people like me don't have to chase down an open pharmacy on a Saturday night with a sick kid.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! The managers here are a joke. They are incompetent and need extra training.

Walgreens Pharmacy Sucks is a Facebook group because they are awful to deal with and screw up every prescription. The old Walgreens is gone and never coming back.

I had to go back and force several times simply cause their new pharmacy clerk couldn’t locate my prescription. I was out of my blood pressure meds for a few days just because of that. They don’t train their employees properly before placing them in pharmacy. I’m switching my pharmacy. I do not recommend this location.

I went to this location and purchased a cream which was about $13.49. The employee entered $651.18 on the register and the charge came up as posted on my bank account. I discovered the charge two days later.
I called and spoke to various team members (manager included) and I called corporate and was told corporate would call me with more information. I was never contacted back by corporate, nor have I received an apology from anyone. Instead I was told by the manager that the charge had indeed been entered but then voided out right after by the employee. And was told to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Which contacting the bank is okay and likely procedural but corporate should have called by now out of standard courtesy and no employee should be working there if the employee continually cannot operate a register and even catch the mistakes. I have worked in retail before and I know firsthand that mistakes happen but a mistake as huge as this does make customers lose trust. And it is important to handle the aftermath of a mistake in a professional way.
I called the bank and disputed the charge and the bank employee confirmed that the charge was indeed posted, which means that the money was taken out of my account fraudulently. I provided receipts showing what happened and I received a refund.
I used to trust Walgreens wholeheartedly. But now I am afraid to buy anything more because I am thinking that I may be overcharged again.

I used to love my little trips to Walgreens. I coud find all the things I needed and a lady at the cosmetics counter gave me some great tips of some of the products that were way less expensive than Von Maur. But today I went....price tags all over IF you buy two and if you use your app . I could not find the tablets I ususally buy....finally I just walked out and went to Target. Found what I needed, prices were easy to read, etc. If this is your new marketing strategy, I guess this is no longer my place.....Jeannette Maxwell

The pharmacy customer service has gone down severely. I have had to wait for extended periods of time for prescriptions that were already ready numerous times. Today it took 16 minutes with NO other customers. The posted lunch is 1:30-2 however any time between 1-3 is a gamble. 16 minutes for 4 prescriptions ordered 2 days ago? No thanks.

I was able to go directly and and find what I needed. The one thing I did not able to locate, I was able to ask an associate and they were able to point me in exactly the right direction quickly
