“I stopped in over the holiday break while out shopping to see what kind of wedding bands they carry for my husband. The store is beautiful! Large and spacious with a ton of different cases to peruse. I was promptly met by a friendly female associate. After explaining what I was looking for she took me over to a few cases. Upon narrowing down what I was looking for, I unfortunately left without any additional items. As far as particular collection, I only saw one brand of mens rings, but I can't be sure that's all they have. However, what I did see what quite a bit more per ring than say our local Oracle jeweler. I ended up making my purchase else where, but did appreciate all the help and complimentary beverages offered.”

“My husband purchased a mother’s ring for our 25th anniversary. Beautiful ring! Well, the ring got bent and I had to have it resized and gold added because of the sizing. Melinda was amazing at helping me navigate through my warrenty and get this done without any hassle or stress at all! She was so amazing and professional! I would recommend them to anyone 10 times over!”

“I read reviews of others before visiting this store, and everything that has already been mentioned is absolutely true. We came in to find out more about their gold buy back program, and to look at their selection of engagement and wedding rings. Debbie took out all the time that was needed to answer our questions. Instead of pressuring us to sell our jewelry to her, she suggested we try to sell it online so we could get more of our money back. She even took the time to help us craft a sample description for the posting. We were astonished and beyond grateful. We did end up making a purchase, but never felt pressured to do so in return for the services and advice we just received. If I could give more than five stars I would! Malashock's will be our go to for jewelry.”

“We've always had stellar experiences at Borsheims! We've worked with Josephine throughout the year and will continue to as long as we're able to! The service is almost always fast and convenient, there have only been a few times I've had to wait 5 minutes or so for help. And let's be honest, who wouldn't love complimentary drinks as you make your way around the store looking at all the gorgeous selections! One of my favorite Christmas experiences so far has been my husband and I searching for gifts while sipping on cocktails, then having Josephine take care of what we needed seamlessly from start to finish! If you find a gift there, they offer complimentary wrapping and do such a nice job of making it look appealing and special. We'll continue to come here as long as we can! Oh, and they offer jewelry cleaning and inspection free of chafge”
