“Had an outstanding experience last weekend with Nico. I went in with my wife and three small children and the entire experience was transcendant. Members of the staff were interacting with my kids and helping keep them happy which makes it much easier to truly admire everything in their showroom. Nico showed me many watches, my wife some rings, and he spent a lot of quality time with us helping us find exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to see how passionate he is about his vocation. The security team there is very friendly & welcoming as well! We are lucky to have a place like this in Omaha.”

“They were not only able to replace the batter in one of my mom's two vintage backwards Goofy watches for a really reasonable price, they gave us the contact information for the company that made the gaskets for the watches originally as well as the reference and model numbers to ask for so we might be able to get the second watch fixed. The were friendly and fast. Highly recommend!”

“I just had to review the great experience I had yesterday. I have some silver plated charms that my grandchildren made me. I needed someone to put it on a bracelet for me.These are inexpensive charms who's value is dear to my heart but not so much monetarily.First, I was greeted with smiles and wonderful customer service. They could have easily looked down their noses at my very inexpensive bracelet but they did not!They treated it like it was the hope diamond!They are putting it together for me and I can't say enough about this store.Thank you for a wonderful experience!”
