This company has been sitting on my order for days! No local number! Everyone you speak with is in Mumbai! Sharp! Get you USA customer service agents that know how to deal with clients! I'm so sick and tired of companies walking over dollars picking up dimes having customer service in a foreign country! Tells me your cheap!!!

I received a products from IKEA. To my astonishment they brought the packages into the house. WOW!! I was thrilled.I was prepared to open the boxes on the porch and have to to take out the pieces one by one to bring into the house.Thank you for the great service! The gentleman were great!

Excellent communication regarding delivery time. The updates were accurate and helped me to plan my day.I had ordered bulky IKEA closet inserts which initially were bumped up against my walls. However, the delivery workers quickly adjusted and the rest of the delivery proceeded perfectly.Small pet peeve, but one of the delivery workers smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Delivery drivers went the extra mile and helped bring the heavy pieces all the way to my apartment door. Very happy with the delivery.

I had a large delivery of floor to ceiling cabinets and all of their accoutrements delivered to my residence. They were quick, friendly, and helpful. They even brought the bulk items to my basement for me as I wouldn’t have been able to get them down there on my own. I love the text messages keeping me updated every step of the way and the phone call letting me know they were about 10 minutes out.The original delivery date had to be postponed because some items got damaged before they could get to me. However, the next day I received notification about rescheduling for anytime that same week if I wanted. So instead of Monday I got everything on Wednesday. Very easy to do.

RXO was excellent throughout the delivery and set up of our new Peloton Tread. The delivery team was polite, professional and helpful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The 2 gentlemen were extremely nice, I wish I had their names. They gave about a 10 minute notice to their arrival, and were so kind to bring the items into my apartment lobby. For how many pieces, and how heavy they were, they managed to bring everything super fast. I would happily use their service again.

They delivered a mattress I purchased through Sam's club today and they were flawless. Kept me informed throughout the scheduling and the delivery process. The delivery men were friendly and efficient and did a perfect job. Recommend highly.

While the first experience with their team was a disaster because of failed communication between them and Costco, they showed absolute willingness to quickly fix the situation. The second team they sent out to collect the couch and delivered the new one was excellent, and did everything quickly and perfectly.

Excellent efficient service with a smile! Great communications about delivery day & time. Notification a couple of weeks before to arrange day. Followup day before, day of & by driver 30 minutes out.
