About RXO

RXO Logistics provides last mile delivery and assembly for heavy goods like fitness equipment. Reviews describe experiences ranging from highly positive to very frustrated. Many customers report excellent service where delivery crews are polite, communicate well with calls and texts, arrive on time, install products quickly and beautifully, and clean up thoroughly. These experiences often exceed expectations and lead to strong recommendations. However, other reviews highlight significant problems. Some customers experience poor communication, last-minute cancellations, and rescheduling without choice, leading to major inconvenience. There is also criticism of corporate logistics, noting that scheduling can pressure drivers with long solo trips. While individual delivery crews are frequently praised as amazing, polite, and great, the company's overall coordination receives negative feedback, with some customers stating the service was terrible and nearly discouraged them from ordering again. The service quality appears to depend heavily on the individual delivery team's performance.

Had a wonderful experience with pick up today! I had ordered several large items from IKEA. I backed up to the loading dock and an employee asked for my name. I was loaded and on the way in 10 minutes. Pleased with this simple and inexpensive solution to ordering from IKEA! Thank you

I was very impressed with the kindness and politeness of the delivery team. My mattress came when it was promised. On the text they set there is a map where you can actually see where the truck is. It appears to be a well run organization.

RXO delivery was great, brought item to door. They worked very quickly and were only here a few minutes.
Note: delivery was late one day due to dispatch over filled their truck, this was not the driver's fault. Driver texted me to alert delivery delay, this is great customer service.
