I had gone in about two weeks ago, would’ve been the day they got their stock truck. The staff was overall rude. Every other word from the staff was a curse word, and they were pushing past customers to get past rather than say excuse me.

I really appreciate the team here — they’re hardworking, friendly, and go above and beyond behind the counter. You can tell they take pride in their work. Excellent customer service every time. Thank you for making each visit a good one!

Over the past few months this Casey’s has gone down hill quickly went from being able to get a slice of pizza any time to now you can’t even order a pizza for them to make most staff is un-friendly and willing to answer there phone or tell you to wait for them to finish there cigarette before helping a customer at the register

Worst place to try to get any food from. If you place an order by phone most time you still have to wait 15 minutes to half an hour after the time you was told to be there.Pizzas have no sauce on them, pepperoni pizza Comes with cheese and pepperoni no sauce at all sausage pizza looks about the same and it doesn’t matter if you ask for extra sauce forget it you don’t even get.a little sauce. Also most of the time there is never anything in the warmers to just grab and go.

Came to Casey’s to grab a slice of pizza and gas and when I asked the front if they had any coming out soon (because they were out) the “cook” said NOPE! In a very rude voice. I then went to use the restroom and there was pee everywhere. On the seat, on the floor. It was disgusting. I let the front clerk know and he was like, “oh no!” Hoping they can fix their attitudes and cleanliness. Will not be returning.

The kitchen manager had horrible people skills. Is very rude to customers on the phone. I will no longer order from caseys

They say they open at 4 but still nobody is here n all the lights are off. And when the lady did show up she saw my car and walked off to the back. AND apparently you cant put cash on your card till two hours after they open I call bull the lady prolly just didn’t want to do her job as soon as they open

The manager at Casey's is really bad she not nice some people that come in and always mean and yelling at her worker she needs change her attitude or get fired

The last 3 times we ordered pizza it was wrong. The ticket was right so I never opened it until I got home. Get charged for extra toppings but they don't get added. Very frustrating.

Stop on in! Last chance! This is the last Casey’s if you are on US 20 heading West. It is important to stop on in if you want pizza or other things from Casey’s. I would highly recommend stopping on in. I thought it was a clean store and it had a decent bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I had a good experience as usual.
