“Brought the wife and kids for a little get away to Lake McConaughey a few months ago and I forgot to write up a review of how excellent this stay was! It was a little home away from home for all of us! The kids enjoyed their room, while the wife and I got to get away and loved ours! The service was excellent and the staff instantly made us feel safe and at home. I can't recommend this place enough for a family or even a large group of your friends. Thank You Shady Rest!”
