About Shady Rest Motel
The Shady Rest Motel is a great little and cozy place to stay for travelers, hunters, or fishermen. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly, and provide excellent and convenient service, instantly making guests feel safe and at home. The rooms are amazing, very nice, very clean, updated, all new, and plenty spacious with some of the most comfortable beds. The motel is in a safe environment in a very small town. It is pet friendly and offers good WiFi. The value can’t be beat. A grocery store is across the street, with a convenient store two blocks away and two bar & grills nearby. It is a little home away from home, recommended for families or large groups.
Had a great experience at the Shady Rest Motel in Oshkosh, NE. The manager was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing through. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Loved the quiet, comfortable room! The owner checked us in & she’s a hoot! Amenities were good (used the washer & dryer).
