“My 2004 pickup had suddenly stalled out on a record breaking hot day. Following day I limped into Don’s. Tony worked me in quickly and solved the apparent problem. He cautioned there was possibly more to follow. A few days later, it became apparent that the related power loss was due to further fuel pump failure. He worked me back into the schedule same day, and resolved the problem. Could not be more pleased with the prompt response and full explanation of the problem… as well as getting a speedy fix. Feel like there’s old-fashioned customer service as well as competency.”
