I just got a new apartment and cox provides WiFi for it. I worked with a new hire named Alex and she was great. The manager Frank was very kind while training her also. Nice to see employees being treated well

Absolute trash. I came back and gave them another shot and I don’t kno why I am surprised but it’s all bad. Shuts off at 430 am for an hr every day. They have no clue tho.
The only thing they will do is reset your modern . Over and over. They said they wouldn’t change the bill. They tried to add 60$ per month after 8 months . So more than double the original plan.

Cox is the worst company you could deal with. They charge you $100 just to have a technician fix any issues. Even if the issue is with Cox wires/equipment. A company should never charge a customerfor such things. Maintenance of equipment is part of operating costs and is already factored into the service price customers pay every month. To charge another $100 for the company's own maintenance issues is just absurd.
Oh and I have yet to get reliable Internet. So their service doesn't even work. Cox should be shut down.

Besides cox communication in generally being aweful, I was in the store returning equipment since I canceled services. A salesman at the store was lying to a customer about other service providers in the area and calling them ripoffs I held my tongue about the blatant falsehoods he was spewing. Hopefully this reaches people looking for internet service and people do their own research and not fall for these shotty at best sales practices as well as don't let yourself be taken advantage of here.

Cox Communications as a corporation has been difficult to deal with in the past but thank you to this location and shoutout to Alex for making it a better experience. Alex worked with me the last few visits I’ve had to make out there. He’s attentive and responsive. He made sure I was getting the best deal and made it easy for us to transfer services when moving homes. Thank you

I would love to leave zero stars but you absolutely can’t so one star they get. Cox is a terrible company does not care about their customers whatsoever. I’ve been a loyal customer of Cox for well over 18 years had some issues with our Internet came to the solution store got new product because they said our stuff was outdated put in the new stuff still doesn’t work schedule to check to come out on Saturday just to have the appointment canceled Then rescheduled for Monday. Technician lied said they came to my house, rang the doorbell and called me and did not spent two hours on the phone with them to get no help whatsoever taking time off of work for this just to get the runaround. Go to the Cox solution store where the manager Frank, who was less than helpful Telling me we’re just a store. We don’t have any control over that. I asked for phone numbers asked for his bosses phone number refuse to give it to me 10 out of 10 would not recommend Cox communication services for anything.

I was just told by an employee at Shadow Lake, over the phone, that he can’t help me with my billing problem, I needed to call the overseas number. I advised him that I had gone into the Shadow Lake store before, and received help. He said if I were to come into the store he could help me with my $20 overcharge, but not over the phone. Cox is consistent- always terrible customer service. Allo cannot get to our neighborhood fast enough!

Do you like being harassed, lied to, disconnected, and treated like you're the reason Cox can't have nice things?
Because that's how they treat you.
My bill due date is on the 16th, you expect some wiggle room to pay, jokes on me! I get disconnected before my bill is due! because that makes sense!
For one week every month I get 3 calls a day, 5 emails a week, and at least 2 voicemail threats to disconnect my service if I don't pay the one month I owe before I owe it. No matter who I talk to, what I adjust, or what I arrange, it's always the same. 6 months of this.
most recent evidence is on this post. 8 calls in 4 days, text nearly everyday, have 3 voice mails, one claiming a tech is on the way to disconnect me. Started on the 9th, by bill is on the 16th, yet today (the 13th) you're disconnecting me.
This is every month, I even tried prepaying a month ahead, still got some of the harassment.
If I had any other options, I would switch, but I can't. A few more months of just collecting evidence for harassment. If you want to upset my life so regularly, let's see how much it takes to upset your life Cox.
DO NOT WILLINGLY GET COX SERVICES, THEY WILL EMOTIONAL ABUSE YOU.

I had to get my grandmothers account canceled as she passed away. I went into the store to cancel the plan. I was very weary due to having to deal with all of the hoops one has to jump through to cancel an account that is not theirs, that’s why I went in to the store vs. calling in and figuring it out on the phone. At first I met with regular person on the floor and because this is something they do not see every day the assistant manager helped. I noticed very good communication between the two and the assistant manager was exemplifying what leadership should be. The employee was very polite to me and wanted to make sure my issue was handled. I was frustrated because of how much a process it is to get the account canceled. The assistant manager explained to me why the process is what it is. I had to go gather documents and return to the store. I got the account canceled, but unfortunately Had had to call in on the phone and speak the billing dept this is not a reflection of the staff at this location. This is a reflection of how horrible cox is as a company. As a consumer, I can’t get anything done efficiently, I have to sit on hold and tell the same story four different times and nothing is ever easy when you want to cancel the account. You can clearly see Cox has restrictive policies that in the end of the day, screw consumers like me. I was having issues on the phone and the assistant manager even helped me on the call to bridge the communication gap. I have been to Cox stores before in the store is much different than the ones I’ve been to they are being helpful. If Cox as a company was like how the staff at the store was, I would switch my service to them.
Side note: A very angry customer came in while the manager was helping me on the phone. The customer didn’t make any sense and was clearly upset. She stormed up the manager, figuratively pushing me out of the way. She was asking the manager to read a faded receipt. She then stormed away the manager still asked while she was leaving what assistance he could be. I believe he handled this very professionally.

This company is the worst. Terrible customer service, absolutely no loyalty, and prices are ridiculous. Bellevue is finally getting more options and I intend to look into them. Customer since 1998.

Very quick service. We had a cable box to swap out and we were not only able to do that, but we were able to set up our new address and date for our upcoming move.
