My daughter went into the store on Saturday morning, to simply return equipment after we had already cancelled out service and the worker was extremely rude to her. He told her we were making a mistake and guaranteed we would be back. He was pushy about wanting to reactive our account and handed my daughter his card saying to call him when we realized out mistake. I will never return to cox for any service. With other options available they no longer make the list as an option. I would give zero stars if able based on customer service alone.

Not only is the team super condescending but they didn’t help us with any of our issues. When we brought up discrepancies with what we saw on our end compared to their end, they continued to tell us we were wrong and “they didn’t feel the need to explain how data worked” to us. We were asking how there was data usage on our account when the modem had been unplugged for 4 months. They were rude, condescending , and completely disrespectful.

I checked in with Brandon, and had a couple of questions, and an issue to fix. He was able to fix these and then some. I appreciate good customer service, and Brandon is top of the line. If he’s in between getting promoted, it’s time for this to change. Thanks again

Thank You to Corrine! We were looking for Internet/Phone service more reliable than what we've put up with for last 10yrs. Everytime we spoke w COX personnel they told us it was on its way to our area for last 10yrs...but alas, we found out COX is only going out to HIGHER Income Home areas like Elkhorn, Bennington, Fremont, Bvr Lake. Corrie was super helpful reaching out to all her resources, even the competition. Come on COX....if you build it we will come to your service once again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Sales person lied to me.Went in looking for services, wanted gigabit speed with unlimited data, was quoted at $130/m, agreed. Signed up.The following month come to find that I do not have unlimited data on the plan and now Cox is trying to charge me more than the agreed upon price.Pure scum.

To be clear this review is not about the store itself. It is about the company as a whole. Complete garbage. We pay $127/mo just for internet. Without internet all day and the best they can do is send a tech tomorrow afternoon. All of this after they said the issue has been fixed/restored. It’s always something with Cox - whether a service interruption or bill dispute. Their service overall is mediocre, the pricing is outrageous and overall value isn’t worth it. We will immediately be switching to CenturyLink.

This service was false because since being asking information in the store how much it will be me payments monthly they said only 50 dlls including taxes and I will not need installation for my internet and they send an person at my house and the person came to my house enter at my house without my permission and they took some tools that I had it in my yard after and they didn’t any installation about internet inside the house because the problem was it outside so after that I am paying 155.00 more only for the connecting cables outside of my house that think they never explain to me before I get the service that the first I went to this store I received some charge in my bank of $ 256.00 dlls for the first month to get internet in my house so that’s why I am reporting this service it’s so confusing and people can be expected a lot charges not only monthly payments instead the prices and charges that they considered to charge without your understanding; I am reporting because people outside should be known all the política and rules that you services come after they can get it !!!! So be care full with this services it’s not they only they can said

Went in for a simple pick up after working with a rep from a separate business location. Lady there told me there was an extra item on my bill and when I told her to remove it she heard "I would love to add unlimited data and an insurance policy"!!!. Looking through my receipts, I'm fairly certain she lied about the mistake on my account just so she could up charge other items but she added around $60 monthly to my bill... luckily my previous phone rep was able to fix the problems she created but what a joke

If you ever need help with your bill or questions about anything, I recommend calling this store. We had so many issues with our bill and with canceling our account as well as with returning our router. I was to a point where I didn't even want to deal with them anymore. Every time we called the main cox number, we would get different info back from the reps. I would get so frustrated because my husband called multiple times to add me onto the account and they would say they added me and when I would call they would tell me they can't help since I'm not on the account. This happened three times. We also had to speak with multiple reps to get our account canceled. It was the most ridiculous situation dealing with them. We decided to come to the Papillion store. We were greater when we walked in, and the rep that helped us was extremely informative and helped us with every question we had. He kept appoliziing for the horrible service we had previously received multiple times. He gave us receipts of our account. He was very professional and very informative. He made everything clear and truly gave us peace of mind. I forgot his name, but on the receipts we have, it says operator HSAY. So thank you, HSAY, for your hard work and for helping us out.

I an my wife have been calling this store since Saturday 6/3 understand Sunday there closed an have called since 10am to 2pm all day on Mon 6/5 left 5 messages my wife has no one's answering not sure I've eventually called the customer service at the company they also called twice not saying how someone job needs to be done but maybe make different automated system for short calls had a easy question sad to see can't get much contact with the local store are they hiring.

I was in the Cox Store in Papillon, NE today planning to buy a phone. While waiting to get a salesperson, I overheard a conversation between a young lady and one of the salesman, whose name I don’t know, but he has a beard. He was very rude and condescending to the young lady. Apparently, she had some problems with a camera and he seemed to be trying to sell her internet. We are not in the 1950’s where men thought they were superior to women and I did not appreciate this salesman acting like the young lady didn’t know what she was talking about. Needless to say, I went to another store and bought a new iPhone. Cox needs to train their salespeople to treat their customers with respect and to listen to what the person is there for.

Cox store in Papillion, I am not ok with you.Granted, I don't know what I don't know, as to why no one at your store, answered the phone today or returned my calls.I called many times today, left several voicemails, since you opened at 10 am this morning, up until now.Not once today, did anyone at your store, answer the phone and no one from your store called me back.Shaking my head.To me, that is not the way you run a business and it is unprofessional and unacceptable to me.So, the only choice I have now, is to come to your store.I will be talking with the manager about this when I come there.

Cox internet service is overpriced and works half the time, I have never had so many issues in other cities. We switched over to century link and never looked back. Stay away from Cox.
