I'm sick of this bank shuttingmy card off for no reason.shop for an hour to be declied at check out. Call customer service 1-3 minute wait to20 minutes. Get with the times, people shop on Temu. Tired of this bank inconveniencing me.

People on here putting 1 stars because they pull up on the dot of the clock; try that at Taco Bell at closing, or saying they don’t have hot coco. You all sound like entitled babies. This bank is pleasant and the people are there to help if they can. They can’t waive a magic wand and solve all the worlds problems or the ones you create; but they will try.

This is the worst bank I have ever used. I'm forced to use it for a business account. I hated this bank when I had a personal account due to the awful customer service and now the awful service continues with the business account. I tried to set up a username and password at home and couldn't do it. Mind you, I have set up hundreds of other accounts with ease. One example of many glitches; the signup asks for the "administrator address" and when you get to the "submit" step, the "administer address" is now the "business address". So, I have to go into a bank location and get it set up. More glitches, but finally got it. So now I go to my home to start doing business. Can I sign in now? Nope, I have to wait 48 hours. In my entire life, I have never set up any online account with a username and password and not get immediate access. So, I call customer service and speak with the dumbest human I've ever dealt with. He is officially the human thumb. I hang up and call back and speak with a somewhat helpful person, who refers me to tech support to ask if they can verify all of the information of the account to get my sign-in verified so I can get on with my life. Does the customer service rep own my problem, explain my situation to tech support, then get back to me? Nah, why waste an opportunity to continue awful service. Hey executives, instead of having zoom meetings and getting TPS reports with the all new cover sheets (did you get that memo?), just get back to the basics of how to care for customers. I'll give you the first step...MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER's FIRST CONTACT OWNS THE ISSUE FROM START TO FINISH! Passing the customer off so the customer has to explain my situation over and over always ends poorly for the customer. Hire an outside training consultant, because the competence of First National leadership is on par with the Captain of the Titanic or Michael Scott. My business life is on hold for 48 "business" hours, even after the call in where they have the ability to ask me every question to expedite the sign in to my account. It's Thursday, so that means Monday until I get access to my account. I sit in existential angst until my "order is processed in the order received". I'm smashing my pinky finger with a ball peen hammer as I write this, because that pain is less than my experience with the First National Martian Hangover.

Worst bank ever! I don't recommend anyone going there they blame everything at the customer we are waiting for answers and they keep making everything longer when we are need!

Branch still isn't open. Not ok. Also have had card issues here in the past and their customer service people did a poor job of assisting and fixing the issue to my satisfaction. Not even an apology.

Came in to open up a new business account and Brandon M was the utmost professional and eased my nerves with going into working for myself. Very knowledgeable and is always quick to respond to an email or phone call when I need him. Highly recommend FNBO and Brandon!

Brandon went above and beyond with helping me and my wife with our accounts. We were needing to move social security and VA direct deposits and he provided us with a direct deposit form for each and mailed them out for us, this saved us possibly hours of time waiting on the phone. He was easy to chat with and was very funny, definitely a great experience and a banker I will always come see.
