Their service...not so good ...went up front to ask if they had portable jump starters (I left my lights on and my car was dead) the gal asked if it was for a phone...I said no..a car...she replied ..I think we are out of stock ...never offered to show me where they would be ...they were NOT out of stock

Lowes installed this Stainmaster floor in my home. The installation is unprofessional and unacceptable. They used white silicone bathtub caulk to fill visible gaps in six places around the doorframes. I spent over two days cleaning up their mess and using colored wood filler to fill the gaps. Lowes refused any credit on the labor for this unacceptable installation. After this experience I will never shop at Lowes again.

If you're considering doors/windows from Lowes, I'd advise against it. After an in home consultation in July 2021, I ordered 2 custom doors and one window. Soon after, one of the doors was cancelled because Lowes couldn't order it from the manufacturer. 7 months later, the 2nd door order never made it to the manufacturer. Total operational failure on Lowes part. I wasn't kept informed, and had to make continual calls to track progress. Consultant and operation is amateur at best. Good riddance.

Never trusting again, lied to several times, insulted, and no confidence ever again! If you do decide to go with Lowe's request references and reviews from their contractors! Long story short, I signed a contract for a new deck in Nov 2020, I live in Nebraska so until spring is when it would be done, I was told I was 3rd or 4th in line. I received no call until I started calling in June 2021. Excuses started, only half order was received, original contractor dropped, had to find a new contractor. All the whole until July 4 they delivered the materials, that I had to beg and plead when was my deck going to start. Jason and Sons Decking took from July 17 to Aug 11 to be done, a project that should only be up to 5 day build. Then find out NO PERMIT was ever purchased another deck company had to take over Ace Decking , found out 10% was out of code, a new permit had to be purchased. I had to call the store, got to the store, talk to the manager's , district manager Mark Hodges to get anything done, finally in late October my deck is done. After so many escalation, hours on the phone, talking to corporate feedback, they only want to offer 10%, completely insulting. Several other details that Lowe's failed on, sooo many lies and promises. As a homeowner do your due diligence on companies and their contractors!

Ordered online a dishwasher from Lowes. I paid for delivery and haul away. When the delivery guys showed up, carrying my new dishwasher to my frontdoor, I asked them to put masks on due to my 91 year old father. The guy shook his head no he did not have a mask. He walked back to his truck, got in and left without any if the service I paid for!!!! To add to this, he and the driver drove to the end of our street to turn around. I tried to stop the truck as it passed by my house only for these two" thugs" to ignore me and speed past!!!! This is Lowes delivery service in Papillion!!!! I have no way of moving this new dishwasher and cables inside and off my front porch????? I strongly advice anyone to shop at Home depot, Menards, Ace, anywhere but Lowes. This is pathetic on so many levels. We are in a pandemic!!! Wear a damn mask when seeing customers!!! We will see how long it takes for Lowes to remedy this and the delivery service to fire these 2 thugs!!!! 3 hours later, the store tried to remedy this situation by sending a very professional sales manager who is able to do deliveries. He brought it up the 10 stairs to our kitchen. I looked at the new dishwasher after he took it out of the box into find it was White and not Stainless as ordered?? So picking the order at Lowes was done wrong, than thug delivery guys who were not interested in doing their job. Now I am waiting for a re-delivery!! I highly recommend unless your plumber can pick it up for you and deliver. Do Not buy from Lowes!

We went looking for a snow blower, and the customer service was amazing! Both gentlemen answered all of our questions and took their time with us. We were given excellent guidance on the brands. One of the employees personally walked us to the other departments to help us find all the other items we were looking for. I highly recommend visiting this store. Plus, getting 5% military discount helps.

I've always wanted to get a water softener and usually shop at Home Depot. But when my friend told me he had installed a water softener himself and would help me with customizing the pipes. I ended getting the same softener from Lowe's with their exclusive pricing online. I showed the cashier the price from the Lowe's website but was not honoring it. So he called his supervisor and I showed her that it was from their website and she went ahead and did an override. From $597 to $477, a great deal considering the load and function on the softener. I also appreciate how there were military veterans that were employed and eager to answer questions. One of the employee was so awesome, she made sure that I would get help to put the 200lb purchase into the SUV. Now that's great service. I didn't even have to ask. Great experience overall.

Do not use these people for any kind of repairs. They outsource the work and then don’t stand behind it. They refuse to call you back when you have a complaint. The company they sent to my house has caused more damage and they refuse to refund my money.
Company they hired are all idiots.

I moved to Papillion July 2019. I have purchased and had delivered a washer and dryer, snow blower, and riding lawn mower all with great service inside the store and from the store personnel. I have probably been there twice a month picking up miscellaneous stuff and have always had good or better service. Lowe's also gives a 10% discount for any military experience! A bonus for me is they are sensitive to the Covid issue and presently offer delivery to your vehicle on your online orders, require employees to wear masks, installed plastic partitions at checkout and offer email receipts. They just seem to think of everything. A much better experience than shopping at Home Depot!

Lowe's is a great company but they use contractors such as kellerinteriors.com who makes excuses for not meeting their commitments. I have taken three days off work to facilitate installing flooring in my home. Keller committed to be at my home today between 8-10 am when they didn't show or call I attempted to call Keller to no avail. Lowe's has no control other than to fire that contractor. Home Depot's installers work for Home Depot. Lowe's should do the same thing. Anyway, I would stay away fro Keller Interiors.

I'll try to keep this review as short as possible but I have a feeling it will be long. We ordered a new washer and dryer for our elderly parents from Lowe's online. The order was routed through the Papillion store because they had the units in stock. When ordering from the Lowe's website, it did not give us an option to pick out our delivery date/time etc. It also didn't give us the option to choose to have the old machines hauled away. So, my wife calls the store and gets transferred to several people and finally transferred to Patty. She was very helpful and told us when to expect the delivery. She said she would find out about the haul off of our old machines as well and call us back. Patty called back the next day and verified the delivery date and that the old machines would in fact be hauled away. She went out of her way to help us! Excellent customer service on her part! So delivery day comes and at about 3:00 pm, still haven't heard anything. No calls, emails, etc. We are thinking that it's not going to happen today since no one has called. My wife again calls the store and this time talks to Becky, the assistant manager of this location. Becky checks and says we are on schedule for delivery and she doesn't know why no one called. They are supposed to call a day before but since it is a weekend day, Lowe's contracts out to a 3rd party for appliance delivery. Finally around 5:30 or so, this contract company shows up. The parents explain to them that they can't come in the front door since there are steps, and furniture would be in the way. The best way is to go around back down the alley to the walk out patio. It would be so much easier. Straight shot to the utility room. The delivery company refuses to drive around to the back and makes our elderly parents move and re-arrange furniture so that they can get these appliances in through the front door across the living room, down the hall, etc. Then they refuse to haul away the old appliances saying that it's not on their work order. My wife calls Lowe's back again and tells Becky and she talks to them on the telephone and they apparently told her they weren't taking them! So there they sit. Lowe's was good enough to send their own crew out to pick up the old washer and dryer but just the frustration dealing with this contract delivery company is enough to make you want to shop elsewhere. Why would Lowe's hire a company like this? It's very concerning. In the end everything worked out but it could have gone so much smoother.

We ordered flooring that came it but the had to send some back cuz it was bent in some way so they send it back witch they should have put a rush on it but no they didn't so we had to wait twice as long so now we have waited almost a month for the right stuff and now it's in but ones that unloaded the truck went home and apparently no one else there knows how to go get it out of the truck. I or none of my family will ever order anything from lows again!!! I won't even step foot in that store ever!!
