William was amazingly helpful!! He is a young gentleman working on the titles section. He spent about an hour or so, walked us through the work we were planning, making sure we had everything we needed! William, thank you so much for your time and patience!! You definitely deserve a nice raise!

I've had mixed results with customer service at Lowe's, but they were GREAT last time I visited. He saw me searching, approached me asking if he could assist, and he helped A LOT! I was close, but he took me right to what I needed ANN'S was extremely friendly!
