“I’m from out of town and my tire pressure was reading 102. I stopped at Monarch and the couple working there couldn’t have been nicer, even though they were just about to close. The gentleman checked all four tires and confirmed it was just my sensor that was off. Although it was just a brief interaction and simple tire check, it put my mind at ease. “I don’t know if it’s possible to be whiplashed by amazing efficiency, but that is what it felt like. I was stressing about the condition of my tires and my wallet. I went in expecting , not the best, simply because they aren’t a “name brand” tire place. Let me tell you. It felt like rolling into a mechanically inclined uncles place. And they treated me no different! I was there to get two new tires, (I called ahead to make sure they had my size first!) and I may as well have had a pit crew change my tires. From arrival to pulling out of the place was maximum 20mins! They had me inspect the tires so I knew what I was getting, They balanced the tires and checked for leaks; anything a good tire shop would do! They have fast detailed tire techs and an amazing price you can not beat! Got two solid used tires for 120, installation and all! My family and I are very happy to be on the road worry free!”

“Bought two sets of tires at the West Maple location. Latest was for our Buick LaCrosse. They have competitive price and did the work on time. No hassles.
Recently mounted a trailer tire myself. Unfortunately my compressor doesn't have the HP to balloon the tire out to the rim so I took it here just to air it up with their machine.
Customer Mgr, Russ, was more than happy to take care of it. We walked out to the shop and they popped it on the machine and 2 minutes later, done.
Offered to pay something, but they said it was complimentary.
Awesome.
In the end, I wish I had just brought the tire for them to mount. They only charge $30 to mount/balance. That's a bargain over wrestling tire irons for an hour.

“Was referred here by many car enthusiasts went in first thing in the morning to get tires and sensors swapped over to my new set of wheels. I didn’t want my new wheels or my old wheels messed up in any way so it was worth the trip.
Got to watch the technician work and every aspect of what he had to do from removing everything from old set of wheels to getting tires plus sensors mounted then balanced onto new wheels. Attention to detail and he was focused didn’t rush one bit.
I appreciate the care he took doing his job, shop wheel tire selection was phenomenal super clean and very wide selection.
