“I would never go to another insurance group. Derek hires and most amazing staff and this time i want to give kudos to Sami. She is fast, smart, and efficient. I can call anytime about the littlest things and everyone there finds my answer. This time around it was for a claim on our roof and a change to our car insurance. The claim quote took several weeks but we had updates. Our area was hit hard by hail. If i go into the office...One stop, 10 minutes, and I'm done. Plus they have calendars and CANDY!!”
