The Hy‑Vee pharmacy is a busy grocery store pharmacy with helpful staff. The pharmacists take time to give advice for OTC products and help with prescriptions fast. Customers appreciate the friendly employees who clear confusion about a past prescription and give better advice than dr visit. The location is nicely stocked and the brand is great, a little higher in price but you get what you paid for. The service is perfect everywhere except inside the store that a cell phone service interrupter seems dangerous. The pharmacy is very helpful and friendly with long lines but still take time with individuals who need help.
Staff is always friendly and helpful, but I often experience lines. 3 pharmacy registers but sometimes only 1 is going. Seems like they could cycle more folks through - particularly during peak times.
