“Hy-Vee pharmacy always provides polite, prompt, respectful and friendly service to our family. I appreciate the way in which they communicate clearly whether that be their pharmacists, pharmacy techs or clerks. When I phone ahead for refills, the meds are typically ready the same day or the following day. We have had the experience of them going out of their way in unusual circumstances also. My MD sent my Rx to the pharmacy under the wrong patient name, they researched this thoroughly and resolved it for me. I received my meds yet that day! Kitran and Brekin were my detectives for this goose chase. I am thankful to have our efficient pharmacy so close to our home!”

“Wonderful staff here who has been super attentive and kind every time myself or my partner have to visit! When I was in my first trimester, there was a pharmacist who actually took the time to come onto the sales floor and walk me through which medications I could safely take and which ones to avoid, and even made sure to order more of the one vitamin I would be needing! Another pharmacist just today went above and beyond and went to bat for me againt a really terrible pharmacy in Omaha (*cough cough CVS*) and still treated me with kindness and respect. They don't judge your insurance or your financial means - they just help you. Very refreshing experience every time I go there; amazingly empathetic staff, clean building and an overall pleasure to work with! Keep up the amazing work, you are appreciated!!”

“Since the Galvin store closed the twin Creek was overloaded at first but they have really bounced back. They called back in 1 hour and had a pleasant interaction with the phone staff after I had a complex rx issue . The staff has always been kind. In the past 2 fills there were some technicalities on the insurance end. I used the app to send a message and I got a call back within 15 minutes. Excellent service!”
