Just had the most miserable customer service from a HyVee pharmacist. Their new refill system is a non debugger ai nightmare deliberately designed to prevent any human. When I told the pharmacist I was taking my business t8 Walgeens she Slidell said, They use the same system we do. Absolutely no apology or attempt to retain me as a customer. The Plattsmouth HyVee is a price gouging monopoly that treats both it's customers and employees with malicious contempt. They do not deserve anyone's business and most certainly not minr. This post will no doubt receive an instant ai bot response with an some vapid thank you for sharing response. They say the store is not profitable enough for corporate. No wonder. How ridiculous for a monopoly store to not ,be making money. Disgustingly dehmanized andutterly despicable

Unfortunately, a majority of the staff are not polite and act like I personally made them have a bad day. There are some staff members that are friendly and helpful but I would easily say less than 30%. Tyler is always very nice. Any new medication I need I know I will need to wait a minimum of 2 days for them to have it shipped in. With this being the only Plattsmouth option, I wish they cared more or at least acted like it.

Received a text my prescription was ready. I'm out of state so I call & speak to a female who says she will note my prescription will be picked up Monday when I return. Show up to pick up my prescription. MONDAY as stated after work. Prescription put back on shelf come back tomorrow. DO better! On top of this poor follow-thru by said associate poor attitude at the window when I was clearly and rightfully upset! What other options are available in the Plattsmouth area? Customers deserve better!

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Plattsmouth for the past few years, and generally, the service has been excellent. However, I’ve recently noticed a decline in customer service. Some of the pharmacy technicians seem frustrated, and it feels like I’m inconveniencing them when I come in. It’s disheartening, especially when I remember the friendly service that was once a hallmark of this location.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was particularly disappointing. The pharmacist, Alyssa, was not willing to listen when I tried to explain my situation and even told me that my doctor should know better. To make matters worse, the receptionist at my physician's office was equally shocked by the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service they received from the pharmacist.
It’s truly unfortunate, as I’ve always appreciated the convenience and quality of service at this pharmacy. I hope they can return to the excellent service I’ve come to expect from Hy-Vee.

Gavin was so nice at the counter, he got all my prescriptions fast. He helped me clear confusion about a past prescription showing up.

The pharmacy is very busy! I am impressed with the pharmacists on staff. They take time to help when asking questions about your care. They have long lines, but still take time with individuals who need help. I appreciate how they give advice for OTC products, when you can't see a dr. I recommend pharmacists here, as their advice is better (also not as expensive)than a dr visit!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! Avoid if possible.We are tied to the bumper of the family truckster station wagon, we've tried to keep up to station wagon, over the years, but mama always says, stupid is as stupid does.

Not happy with service or ability to use good rx. Was told by Hyvee one has to be a paying memberof Goodrx,called Goodrx that is false. Will transfer ALL prescription to another drug store, sorry not keeping in my community

I was here when the Plattsmouth Hy-Vee opened. In fact, I did the story about its opening because I was the editor of The Journal for 16 years. I was thrilled with all the choices and the friendliness of the employees. In the past 3 years, however, I have come home on several occasions telling myself, "I wish I didn't have to shop there." This started when you cut employees. This feeling multiplied when you put so many self-serve registers in. And then, you passed a company policy of checking drivers licenses if someone purchased liquore. I like wine. Iam 67 and five days old. No one, no one is mistaking me for a minor. But okay, I got used to getting my driver's license out, even though some of the 21-year-old plus supervisors were rude when they asked for it. Many times, I thought about complaining about the high prices, lack of friendliness and the driver's license policy, but no. I didn't want to be mean. Tonight, I'd had it. I got the license out so no one had to wait for me to find it in my purse. I held it up so the back could be scanned. And then SHE said, as if I was the stupidist person she'd ever met. "Turn it over." "What?" "I have to see the front of it first.""What?" (I didn't look 17. I didn't look like someone who would steal someone else's license to buy one bottle of wine. I had on black slacks, a blue top and a matching scarf. And, I WAS TRYING to be pleasant."Sometimes, a clerk has to use a little critical thinking. SHE's seen me in the store before. Maybe, the back of the card would have been enough. Or maybe she could have said, "I'm sorry. We' have to check both sides now. It's just company policy."Her personality, however, makes a dead lobster look like the life of the party. I wish I never had to shop there again. But I'm 67 years old, and when I get off work, I don't want to drive to Bellevue and back.I

I don't get all the bad reviews. If you keep in mind that they have other customers and the world doesn't always operate on your schedule, then it's a great pharmacy with very helpful staff!

Your typical grocery store, but Hy-Vee brand is great in my opinion. I feel it's a little bit higher in price compared to Walmart. With that said, you get what you paid for. I feel their personal brand is a little better quality than other store brands. Plus, their employees are always friendly and helpful. This location is flipped compared to the store by our house but nicely stocked.
