Incredibly difficult to work with.
Worst bank I've dealt with. Unhelpful, rude, misinforming, you name it.

I wish they would’ve closed this store, and kept the 96th and L street location open.
My wife and I tried to open a joint account together, and were greatly disappointed with the effort and service of the staff.
We entered the store staffed by 2 bankers and 1 teller. There were no other souls to be seen in the bank. We told the teller we’d like to open up a joint account, to which she checked the availability of the two bankers who were chatting away amongst eachother. Their help was suggesting we schedule an appointment the next day and come back.
If I could have left a 0 star review, I would have. Needless to say we plan to bank elsewhere.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years. Stopped in here to do a simple wire transfer. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. 2 service reps behind the glass helping others. Went to the window and told them why I was there. She said I needed to see a personal banker and asked that I sit in the chairs and wait until the personal banker was available. No problem, waited in the chair for about another 10 minutes. Then, the original service rep came to me to tell me that the personal banker was booked all day, this was about 10:45AM. She said I would need to come back another day. So, I wait for nearly 30 minutes and asked to wait, only to be told come back some other day? No other recourse? I drive to the 45 & Center location, get right in and out of there in 10 minutes. 84th & L location is horrible and just needs to close. The shut down he 96th & L location, which was horrible as they were awesome. The people at 84th do not care and are just filling chairs. Not sure how they keep their jobs. I am beginning to think Wells Fargo is just going downhill. I have other lenders I do business with, I am beginning to think I need to just move on. Some say Wells Fargo is too big to fail. Well, that may be the case.....but that doesn't mean one needs to stay with them. They have a lot of work to do at some of their locations.

Me and my husband had an incredibly disappointing experience at this branch of Wells Fargo. Upon arrival, my husband was hoping to add me to one of his accounts. We have been banking with Wells for over 15 years. However, we received no greeting whatsoever as we walked in. There were two bankers and they were in a room chatting and it seemed like they were not interested in assisting us. After finally being acknowledged by one of the bankers, she then asked us “if we need something” uh what?
We let her know yes, then she walked back to the room and then the other banker took an additional three minutes to come over and mentioned that they were so busy and had appointments and couldn’t assist us because one of their bankers called in, despite no visible clients in sight. She tried to offer pointless solutions like adding me to the account via the wells app, didn’t you think we already tried that? That’s why we came in. Or scheduling an appointment at another branch (first available appointment was hours later) we spent more time talking with her and waiting, we really could have just completed this process in adding me to an account.
It's truly disheartening to witness the decline in customer service and culture at Wells Fargo as me and my husband both worked there. As a result of this experience, we have decided to close our accounts and take our business elsewhere, where it will be genuinely appreciated.

My elderly mother was treated terribly today , the teller was rude , sarcastic and refused to get her manager when I asked for one . I am in shock on how poor the customer service is at not just this location but also on Lavista . Wells Fargo would not be a bank I would recommend for the elderly.

Banked here for many years. Always friendly, fast and accurate. They are a little clunky on loan approvals but not a show stopper.

Segregation is alive and well at wells fargo. Stood in line behind 12 others and when it was our turn they took people behind us, the lady who was going to take me said "I'm only taking bilingual people" needs to be reported to higher up as this is extremely inappropriate

The line is always long, most of the time only one bank teller is available while the rest are talking in the back. You can see them through the doors, so annoying especially when there are 7 people in line ridiculous!!!

It says open 9-5 most days, I’ve been attempting to call for the past 2 hours when I get the chance and not once has anyone picked up. I’ve called about 8 times now… I can understand that it might be busy but for 8 calls straight to not be answered is absurd.
