“My husband and I are traveling through while in tornado advisory weather. We stopped at this gas station to escape the storm. The attendant inside, I believe her name was Sandy (I’m so sorry I didn’t take the time to ask!!) helped everyone she could by telling them where the storm was headed. In a situation like that, when you’re unfamiliar with your surroundings and there’s danger, it really really helps to have someone looking out for you, I had to come back in a couple times and she was always helping people figure out how to get to their destinations safely. She even came out to our car to tell us the storm was stopping where we wanted to go. Please give this wonderful woman a raise!! She was my guardian angel tonight!”
