Fantastic customer service from both of the girls behind the counter! The car was exceptionally clean, and the return process was super convenient considering I returned outside of normal business hours.

Great service! The women there were very friendly, brought the car right up to the front for me and were quick. My husband and I will be renting again.

So I bumped up Scottsbluff Hertz this time. Flew in to Nebraska from Denver right after the recent blizzard which shut down the airlines and car rental for 3 days. When I picked up my car the manager drove it around to the front for me and it was warmed up and ready to go!
