If any business needs a crash course on customer service I'd recommend visiting AKRS in Syracuse. They went above and beyond during our visit to make it an experience my family will always remember. Truly great people work here all throughout the business.

Can't thank John enough in parts for going above and beyond to help me find the right size hose to get me up and going again in a pinch.

This store cares about its customers. The Service Dept Scott is fantastic. Parts folks are great and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer as I trust them to do the right thing every time I need them. They exceed my expectations!
