“I came in with 3 HEAVY boxes and normally have tags for returns to just drop off but I had to actually pay for them. So I really didn’t know what I was doing…haha! But the lady was very helpful and patient with me! The store is nice and clean!”

“This is the business and location I always choose for my art business needs. I require high quality scans of watercolor illustrations on a timeline and high quality prints on specialized paper - both things most office support businesses aren't used to. But that staff at this location come through every time! I so appreciate the fantastic customer service here - give these guys a raise!”
“Turn West on Russell off 55 then immediately left then first street to the right. Go the end and stay left. The docks face South with receiving first then shipping about halfway down. They loaded me really quick, about 30 minutes. The dock area is a bit tight but not a problem if you brought any skills with you at all. The people I talked to were nice. I did not notice any facilities but I didn't ask either at I wasn't there very long. It was a nice place to load at.”

“Needed some laminating done and it was finished under 15 minutes while I was next door at Barnes and Noble. I had to cut and shave off the sharp corners since they didn’t have the tool to round off the corners. Easy thing for me to do since I’m total I only spent 10 bucks”

“Their are not enough thank yous that could go out to Wayne the desk clerk at this post office. He has gone above and beyond to help me figure out a hiccup in my mail delivery issues and it has been one big task but it has now been resolved and fixed. Thank you Wayne you're the best.”
“I've been to the Lincoln location and it was quite busy at the time, but I was able to put my address info into the computer and easily able to print off a label. There was a clerk on hand who helped me the first time I went so I knew the routine when I was there the other day”

“Window clerk was very polite, friendly and efficient. Maybe the negative reviews are from high-strung people that always expect perfection from imperfect human beings.”
“Small packages I take to the post office, but everything else I ship, I ship by UPS and I do it at this location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes I need to get the extra insurance it's very reasonable. I had one package that didn't get delivered maybe a year ago in the holiday season, and UPS immediately made good on the value of what I had shipped. I generally use the standard shipping so I can't speak to the prices for expedited shipping other companies may be better for that. They offered me a guaranteed shipping date for about double the price. As usual I went with the standard rate and it arrived at the destination on the same day that they offered as a guaranteed delivery date. So, if it's not during the holiday season, and there's no inclement weather, standard shipping tends to be fast and reasonably priced. Also it is extremely easy to track packages.”
“Saturday afternoon, Mike the was the only one working. There were about 20 people in the store. He helped everyone out with their individual needs. I had a return item that had a time limit on it. I had five Jeep rims to send out. No small task and the company only sent me one return tag. Mike made sure my items got packaged up and out that day. I am very greatful for the way he handled everything that day.”
“I've been coming to this post office since I was little with my mom (I'm 30 now), I've always had a positive experience. Even when it's busy and I know the workers must be stressed, they still work hard and steady through the line and I've never had them make a mistake.”
“We had an issue sending a package with their computer system and the employe helped me do it on my phone. I'd give a 1 star to their junk system but 5 star to their employees! I guess their computer system sucks and my phone is better. LOL. Everyone was very nice and they agree the system is jank. Be sure to bring your phone. They are nice!”

“I am increasing my review a couple stars and will re-assess later. The staff there has gotten much friendlier and honestly, they are slammed and underfunded thanks to our current administration. I haven't had a single package lost since my previous negative review. This is back to being my go-to location to drop off mail. Just PLEASE make sure you have stuff already packaged, and ready to go with postage on it. This is not a full service location but rather a location to drop off already ready mail.”
