All too often, young women at car dealerships are treated in a misogynistic manner, but the team at Audi Omaha were great to work with through this ordeal. They really rolled out the red carpet (and the red bow) for us, and it was very much appreciated! My daughter went from being down in the dumps after her traumatic event to feeling like she was on top of the world. A big thanks goes out to Anna and her team!”
“This was my first time having my car serviced by Mobile Auto Pros and I highly recommend! Joey is professional, fair, and he does exactly what he says he will do so you know what to expect. Before he went to work on my headlights, I spoke to him about a separate issue that had been bothering me and we discussed maybe figuring that out next time because I didn’t know how much it would entail. He went above and beyond and quickly checked it out and realized it was a simple fix so he went ahead and took care of it. I was very impressed and he’s gained another happy customer!”

“We had our struts and shocks replaced about 3 months ago at a different Brakes Plus but still had the same clunking sound in our front suspension system. We went back to that original store three times and never got our issue resolved. This week I went to the Brakes Plus at 18440 Wright St, they took the car for a test drive with me, they heard the issue, did a complete warranty replacement of the front strut assembly and the car now is performing beautifully. The service manager and technicians were all polite and accommodating. I would definitely come back here for any repairs needed.”

“Hal and his team went above and beyond. With only a little bit of the day left before a 3 day holiday weekend, they got the 2 tires I needed from the warehouse and got them installed, saving my weekend. They stayed past closing for a bit to make sure I was good to go.
