“My alternator and battery died as soon as I got into Lincoln. Luckily I was less than a mile from Meineke. I'd never been there before and honestly I was skeptical after looking at reviews because they were all pretty positive. I'm glad I went with them after all. They got my vehicle towed to there shop with no cost, they were very thorough and told me exactly what was wrong. They didn't try overselling me. The part wouldn't come in for 3 days so they picked me up from work and lent me a loner for the time being. Even after my car was fixed, they let me borrow the loner until it was convenient for me to bring it back in because of the cold and living out of town. I didn't have enough savings to pay out of pocket at the time.They gave me a couple of payment options to get it taken care of and were very understanding. I am so grateful I ended up there. They have a wonderful and welcoming team. I will be going again when needed!”
