Jenn was so helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and got me taken care of right away. LOVE that they have elevators and also dollies for people to use so they can roll their stuff right up to the unit instead of carrying it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!”

“At the precise moment I am homeless and I have to travel on a bike with a bike trailer carrying things for my children and I was stranded outside on the property and instead of her calling the cops on me and having me put off the premises I was able to rent a locker unit to put the things in that I need to travel back and forth everyday to see my daughter and doctors and stuff like that which was great she was very helpful very respectful and did not judge in any kind of way that is the most kind person that I've had help me instead of judging me or call the cops on me for being on the premises and homeless homeless and not even knowing my situation very friendly very helpful I recommend renting a unit here before any other place”
“I had a hitch installed. Staff was quick, efficient & courteous. An issue arose in less than 24hrs after installation & the staff helped me to come to a solution in relative short order. Jaden and Breanna were patient with me even w/my frustration being evident. (No, I didn't yell at anyone?) The mgr, Breanna, helped me with figuring out the hitch adapter size needed for my bike rack and with the install as two pair of hands worked better. I very much appreciate their patience and help. The situation has been resolved much to my relief and due to their professionalism.”
