“I’ve had a terrible day but a fantastic experience with this clinic. This morning my cat was clearly very, very sick. My regular vet and two others all told me they couldn’t help, even when I expressed my fear that he might be dying, but my friend recommended Hillcrest so I called. I’m so glad they had the time to see an emergency, because they told me I could come straight in. Within a couple of hours my cat kept getting worse. Ultimately there wasn’t anything we could do, but the entire time they kept me up to date, gave me options and explanations of those options, gave clear explanations of the results they were finding, and took fantastic care of my boy and me both. I felt heard, and I know we did all we could for him but I still didn’t have to sell a kidney to cover the bill.”
“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gealow and Optimum Vet. Dr. Gealow has always given us her true opinion with our Belgian Malinois. We have had very minor things come up with our dog, but when they do Dr. Gealow has always been so honest. We just recently came in for bloodwork and again, Dr. Gealow was super transparent about the results. They are also so accommodating to your pets needs. The staff here are absolutely the nicest! I have nothing but great things to say.”

My other cat Oliver was having issues and we found out he had cancer. The compassion that Dr Oxley has is great!! He was so comforting when we had to put Oliver down!!!”
