The two gentlemen (One was Raven, but I didn't catch the other gentleman's name.) I dealt with at this store were extremely helpful when I was struggling with Verizon overall. They have amazing customer service, and I will definitely start at this store the next time I want to purchase something from Verizon.

The guys at verizon were tons of fun to work with, and the conversation was hilarious while we paid my bill. Michael took care of me quickly, even saving me a few dollars, and Raven was eager to help in any way possible, clarifying anything I was confused about.

I had horrible service from AT&t then I went to consumer Cellular and their phone and service was not even close to my satisfaction. but to my surprise as soon as I walked in the door at the store in Wayne Nebraska I received the most wonderful service I've received in years.
