“This is a fabulous stay! Love that they have a restaurant and bar within the same building. We visited the Dam Museum and art gallery that showcases local artists also while there since it was inside also. Walking distance so may bars and shops. Rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed to harken back to the 30's but still with modern comforts! Will definitely stay here any time were staying the weekend in Boulder City!”

“The front desk staff here are some of the kindest, genuine, beautiful humans I've come across in years, without exaggeration, they saved me and my husband from having to sleep in our car. We were traveling across state and my card info was compromised, so we only had a little bit of cash and I was falling asleep at the wheel attempting to drive through the night. We stopped for gas and with the few dollars we had left decided to get a room since driving tired is dangerous and we were exhausted. We were turned away at several hotels who wouldn't rent to us without a $200+ card deposit, we pulled into El Rancho Boulder just as they were closing the front desk, the front desk manager saw us, got out of her car, reopened the office and set us up for a room with no judgement, no fuss, just a beautiful smile and compassionate heart. The next day we met the owner, a humble and kind man, and we're able to extend our stay for several days to recoup. We fell in love with this little town, a much needed decompression from Vegas. The rooms are newly renovated, with love by locals, and done wonderfully. The pictures online are old, it's a completely different and stylish spot now. Nothing flashy, nothing extra, just simple and pure comfort. The beds are huge and comfortable , the water pressure is top notch, the smart TVs can access endless movies, the parking is free and easy, each room having a spot right in front for easy unloading, the pool is pristine, the outdoor bbq area is simple and awesome, the rooms and outdoor sitting areas are spotless. The people that work here actually take the time to listen and connect with each guest, they are truly wonderful. No one bothers you once you're in the room, checkout can be easily pushed back an hour so you never have to rush out and the quiet respect each guest has for each other makes you feel like you have the entire place to yourself. Its perfect. It's run by a close family- like collective , and the owner seems like the kind of man I'd want to invest in, a genuine guy that keeps a genuine space, not disconnected like the best Westerns of the world. It's humble. It's a lifesaver. The only place we'll stay anytime we're in Boulder. Highly recommend.

Walkability: Bars and restaurants very very close. Same block. The next door diner is amazing. The bar across the street has live music on the weekends.

Food and drinks: BYOB. But each room has a mini fridge and microwave. Huge plus.”

“One of our favorite hotels to stay at. The entire staff is amazing from the g.m to the hspk to the breakfast staff. Only negative is the walls are really thin .other then that everything about this place is great!”
