“I'm giving a 4 ? review because of the customer service of a younger female employee. This employee has no customer service skills. She was very rude & doesn't pay attention to having customers in the store. You could walk in and steal from this store with her working & I rang the bell she still didn't come so I didn't even touch the scanner but zapped an item hoping then I'd get help to pay for my item and she went bilistic on me! Could have handled the situation a lot better this young woman is lucky I didn't go off on her for not paying attention. I'm usually patient but it was cold out & my medical issues were flailing up & I had a dog in the vehicle waiting on me & I didn't want to search the asiles for the employee as I was easily getting dizzy but I needed to go grab a few items from this store. I planned on being in and out and not waiting. I appreciate us having a Family Dollar in this small town & most employees are great but the younger female with short blonde or bleach hair & a little plus size don't shop here when she's working or you will be waiting to be checked out, & she has NO customer service skills as you don't even get acknowledged when coming into the store like the other employees when they're away from the register & has an attitude when you try to get attention of her. I don't appreciate the way I was treated by this female employee & and have been bothered about it for more than a day. Friday mornings I won't be shopping here & I usually spend good money at this store when I don't want to drive to Elko or I forget items in Elko.Otherwise, great store they do the best to have stock up in a timely manner and keep store cleaned and organized. I appreciate the other great employees of this store that I've encountered.”
