I've never had any serious issues, they deliver it and thats great. One time had an issue and the call center in a foreign country kept messing it up, so just drove over to the facility and spoke to my delivery guy in person and got it fixed right away.

All interactions with Amerigas have been excellent. Helpful staff and online account availability are the best part.

I've been a customer for 25 years and have never had to worry about our propane level. The tank is refilled as needed without any effort required by me.
