“We purchased an RV water pump from Custom Truck Accessories but ended up not needing it. When we attempted to return the item — completely unopened and in brand-new condition — we were surprised to be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy was never disclosed verbally at the time of purchase.
Update: Custom Truck Accessories came through and helped us resolve this issue. Thank you again!

“I’d like to give a special thanks and well deserved recognition to Doc over at the Oreillys off 50/ Williams next to Dollar General. I went to Doc and explained that I was at the Oreillys off South Carson Street and my battery had failed their test. But being that it was purchased within the last 2 years, it should be within its warranty period, therefore it should theoretically be able to be replaced. The caveat, in order to get the warranty replacement you have to put the purchase under a phone number when you buy the item, which was not my case. Doc handed me the tools I needed and asked me to bring in the battery, he went above and beyond and made it happen, there was no hassle, and no headaches or worry with him helping me. Doc, I know you might not read this, but for everyone you help I’m sure they will agree with me when I say you deliver the best customer care, not only was I stressed out about losing my job, but it only made it worse when my only true money maker that I rely on to DoorDash and grubhub was about to have issues starting. The weight that you lifted off of my shoulders was more than just a warrantied battery, you kept the one thing that I have going and I can’t thank you enough for that. You will forever have my business! Thank you again!”

“A bear broke in my car at my overnight shift in Tahoe. Lesson learned dont park in the back lot and have tums in your car... Other auto glass shops in the area couldn't get me in soon and said they couldn't even guarantee a correct match. I went in 9am and talked with Neal. He was so attentive and got on it right away. Even drove to Reno to get a part bc they couldn't deliver on wed. The glass matches and it was done quickly. Buy these guys at the shop some lunch if they can help you like this!!”

“Outstanding shop! Rene is a true professional! Received a $4600 quote from Caliber Collision to repair the front splitter and undercarriage on my Shelby GT350 and they wanted a $2500 deposit. Showed up Monday afternoon at Rene's shop and he quoted me $2400 with no deposit. He said the deposit was already in his shop LOL. Friday afternoon he called to inform me the work was complete. Wish I found his shop years ago. Able and trustworthy, you won't be disappointed!”

“We were in the market for a used SUV, and we happened to see what we were looking for at Michael Hohl GMC Carson City, Nevada. We arrived early in the morning and we greeted by Todd , one of the salesman. He was very polite and friendly. He showed us several different GMC Yukons. We ended up purchasing one from them. We are VERY HAPPY with our purchase. We had to go back a couple of weeks later to get a second key fob. We dealt with Michael Perry in the service department. We arrived for our appointment first thing Saturday morning. We also had a faulty wiper washer fluid sensor replaced at the same time. I believe the technician was named Otto. Both Michael and Otto treated us like we were the only customers there. Our experience with Michael Hohl GMC, has been FANTASTIC! Definitely will do more business with them, and Highly recommend you visit them for any New/Used vehicles & Service.”
