“I’d like to give a special thanks and well deserved recognition to Doc over at the Oreillys off 50/ Williams next to Dollar General. I went to Doc and explained that I was at the Oreillys off South Carson Street and my battery had failed their test. But being that it was purchased within the last 2 years, it should be within its warranty period, therefore it should theoretically be able to be replaced. The caveat, in order to get the warranty replacement you have to put the purchase under a phone number when you buy the item, which was not my case. Doc handed me the tools I needed and asked me to bring in the battery, he went above and beyond and made it happen, there was no hassle, and no headaches or worry with him helping me. Doc, I know you might not read this, but for everyone you help I’m sure they will agree with me when I say you deliver the best customer care, not only was I stressed out about losing my job, but it only made it worse when my only true money maker that I rely on to DoorDash and grubhub was about to have issues starting. The weight that you lifted off of my shoulders was more than just a warrantied battery, you kept the one thing that I have going and I can’t thank you enough for that. You will forever have my business! Thank you again!”

“Outstanding shop! Rene is a true professional! Received a $4600 quote from Caliber Collision to repair the front splitter and undercarriage on my Shelby GT350 and they wanted a $2500 deposit. Showed up Monday afternoon at Rene's shop and he quoted me $2400 with no deposit. He said the deposit was already in his shop LOL. Friday afternoon he called to inform me the work was complete. Wish I found his shop years ago. Able and trustworthy, you won't be disappointed!”

“These guys were great on a Friday emergency repair. Most of the Carson City mechanics are along US50 (mosts were busy packed with reserved work (reservations the following week)).These guys made time to accommodate my need for spark plug replacement. Their repair work was good as checked later by my regular mechanics the following Monday.These guys saved me time having to stay the weekend.”

“Zack Johnson is a total idiot. Why would you expect a parts house to know what carburetor YOU have. You were told that if it was the original carb the kit would work, which it would. If you do not know how to identify an original carb you should not be working on it, period!! What kind of mechanic doesn't know that ANY sealed gasket set of any kind is non returnable if the seal is broken, it even says so, on the seal! Your mad because you screwed up and cannot man up to it. No parts place looks at someone's picture and says oh yeah that is the original carb. You should know how to check numbers, know how to use a reference guide and definitely know not to open a sealed set that says, non returnable if opened. You should have never taken a job that was out of your wheelhouse and that's the bottom line jerkoff...”

“After stopping in Carson City on my way to Colorado, I noticed the engine light had come on. I stopped at the NAPA in Dayton and asked Brett if he could help me out. He hooked up his OBD reader to my car. Though he wasn't able to diagnose the issue, he sent me to a mechanic he trusted who was able to help.
Brett was friendly and professional and very willing to help. I am glad I stopped by.
I always prefer to use local businesses, and though NAPA isn't local, they are mostly franchises which means the owner lives in your town. When you use NAPA over a corporate chain, you are supporting your local community.”
