“Super friendly service, very helpful staff and a well stocked store is what you can find at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. And, if they don't have what you need, they can often get it within the same day. I literally walked in the morning looking for a radiator hose for an old Jeep Cherokee and unfortunately, they didn't have what I thought I needed but sure enough, I was told they could have it by noon and they did. Of course, I later realized that I had asked for the wrong part, went back and they had exactly what I needed in the back. Needless to say, they were able to take care of me and with a smile, in spite of my mistake. I should note, they're never too crowded and that always makes for a fast shopping experience.”

“I’d like to give a special thanks and well deserved recognition to Doc over at the Oreillys off 50/ Williams next to Dollar General. I went to Doc and explained that I was at the Oreillys off South Carson Street and my battery had failed their test. But being that it was purchased within the last 2 years, it should be within its warranty period, therefore it should theoretically be able to be replaced. The caveat, in order to get the warranty replacement you have to put the purchase under a phone number when you buy the item, which was not my case. Doc handed me the tools I needed and asked me to bring in the battery, he went above and beyond and made it happen, there was no hassle, and no headaches or worry with him helping me. Doc, I know you might not read this, but for everyone you help I’m sure they will agree with me when I say you deliver the best customer care, not only was I stressed out about losing my job, but it only made it worse when my only true money maker that I rely on to DoorDash and grubhub was about to have issues starting. The weight that you lifted off of my shoulders was more than just a warrantied battery, you kept the one thing that I have going and I can’t thank you enough for that. You will forever have my business! Thank you again!”
