Big 5 Sporting Goods is a traditional sporting goods store with a big selection of just about everything for camping, fishing, water sports, fitness, and more. It is a typical store, often found to be clean with lots of friendly and helpful staff providing excellent customer service. Some visits, however, find the staff not very helpful. The store offers a broad product mix, including athletic shoes, apparel, and equipment, often with better quality than other retailers and good sales prices. Many customers report they would definitely go back.
