“Mollie at the store on Topsy is amazing. My shoe broke the day after I bought it and it was the LAST pair in the store. I didn’t want a refund because it was a nice shoe but together we were able to find another one just like it online and she had it shipped to my house at no cost to me. During that same visit we could only find 1 shoe in my size, the matching one was missing. She went online and found me the same shoe and also had it delivered to me at no cost to me. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me get the shoes I wanted. Definitely will be back for her outstanding customer service.”
