“My wife Liza and I want to give a heart felt thank you to Ann in sales, and the entire staff at JM. I've been in a stage 4 cancer battle over 7 years. My C7 in my neck is a huge problem to find the right chair. I went to a few stores testing chairs for a over a week. I settled on one with all the bells and whistles that felt perfect for me. Well after 3 days it turned out to be the wrong choice, and was killing my neck. I knew going on that there are no returns, and thought I just wasted $1300. I went in and asked them if there was any way I could exchange it for another I was also looking at, even if I lost a couple hundred dollars. Ann said let me see what I can do, and went and talked to the manager. They ended up delivering the chair, and picking up the other free of charge since they knew my situation. The delivery guys are also really nice and caring. I even got a $107 refund. JM also does in home warranty work and repairs. Thank you Ann and everyone else at JM.
