He provides such quality top notch service, gives very well explained details when talking about different services and products, knows his job in and out, and truly makes you feel heard and helped when he is working with you. He gave my husband and I his work phone number to text him if we have questions... and I never want to be "that customer" however we had a situation and questions and I text him around 8pm, and he got back to me immediately letting me now he was in the office the next morning and will get back to me asap. And HE DID! He followed up, worked with me, answered questions, and truly took the time over the phone to give me his best service. Then went into the store, and he was right there waiting for me and helped me fix all the issues. He works very hard to provide true top notch service. Honestly, can't say enough good things about him! Thank you David! “Was very pleased with my service at this location. I found myself in urgent need of a replacement phone and first went to the store in South Lake Tahoe. I found out quickly that the franchise location wouldn't be able to fulfill my needs. I took a ride to Carson (the next closest store) and was immediately so impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff. Asaiah (I hope I spelled that close to correctly) helped me and was informative, friendly, and efficient. Without blaming anyone, he explained to me why the franchise store wasn't able to assist me in the same way. He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy with any excessive upselling. He gave me exactly what I needed and got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. The new hire that he was training was very kind and friendly as well-he will make a great associate once he is fully trained. I never thought I would be motivated to right a 5 star review for a phone store after dishing out $900 on a new phone but the service was that good. Thank you gentlemen!”

“Easy store to deal wit, just make an appointment online and you get right in, or better show up at opening at 10 am and go right in. I needed to update my modem and router to get the 400 Mbs speed and it was FREE! just bring in the old stuff and BOOM all done. JUst plug the stuff in and you re up and running. I'm happy with Spectrum ... well, except the price .... new customers get the deals, long time customers get the you know what!”
